> 24 hourJust installed for my 65in. TV. Build quality is excellent. Just mounting wall bracket takes two people. I did it myself put it was some work. One person to hold bracket and the other to screw bolt into stud. Very well designed. I would go with a lighter weight model if you have a 55 in TV. The wall will come down before this puppy will. This model is overkill for a 55in. TV. I like the design as you can slide the TV left or right several inches for centering. Finding the studs can limit how well you can center the TV. Some brackets fold back against the wall but move the TV left or right when TV is against the wall. This brand pulls the TV straight out and back. The instructions need improvement, mostly pictures, some verbage is needed on how to use the template. Biggest problem for me was making sure i was in the center of the stud. Be sure you measure carefully several times as there is not much room for error. I would also recommend that the slot holes be enlarged slightly as the bolt just fits into the slot. A small level is supplied that attaches to the template. Be sure it is precisely centered. A little bit off and the template with not be exactly level. I had to shift the bracket all the way to one side for centering in my application. Doing so caused the mounting bolt head to just clear a metal lip that is located on the top and bottom of bracket. I had difficulty getting my socket wrench onto the bolt head. A socket wrench is supplied but there is no way it will get the bolt into the stud more than a half inch or so. A socket wrench is needed for more leverage. They need to give another 1/8 clearance or so between the lip and bolt head.

> 24 hourThe mount is very sturdy and has a great range of motion. It feels solid fully extended and tilted at several angles. There is no wobble or sway at all. It will also collapse completely and only pushes the TV out an inch or so from the wall when fully retracted. After using 3 other types of mounting arms/brackets with different TVs, this was by far the easiest Ive ever installed. Actually hanging the TV on the installed mount instead of wrestling with the TV while attempting to fasten it to the mount is simple enough to be brilliant. The mount comes with everything you need except a drill, screwdriver, measuring tape (you do want it centered on the wall dont you?), and stud finder. My installation was a 65 TV over a fireplace, so I just substituted masonry bolts and anchors I already had in place of the ones they supplied. Warranty violation? Maybe, but this thing is a rock, so Im not concerned. Please note that they offer to send you free masonry anchors if you need them, but they are not included. The included lag bolts are definitely adequate and I suspect the mount can probably support more weight than they tell you. (I seriously doubt you would want a or need a TV heavier then the recommended limit.) My assumption is that most people will be installing into drywall and studs, and for that the kit is complete. It has several screw sizes and spacers that will fit just about any TV out there. Directions are clear and easy to follow. They even include a template for mounting the base as well as 2 levels - one to stick on the template and another to use with the mount. While I did find that the stick on level was not completely accurate, it is a clever idea and definitely helps to make sure the template is level while you find studs and mark and drill pilot holes. The template itself has adhesive strips to keep it in place during the process. I had no issues removing it from the wall when I was ready to install the mount. The installation took @ 20 minutes from opening the box to securing the last brackets. The worst part was lifting and hanging the TV. I did that myself, which I would not necessarily recommend unless you are super confident you can handle the weight and awkwardness of the TV. Most TVs (as they show you in the directions) are a 2 person job for at least the hanging. Would definitely recommend this mount. If/when I need to do this again, I will get another one.

> 24 hourIt comes with all kinds of helpful tools and hardware to install, to allow for a wide variety of installation needs. They actually send you the right sized drill bit for the anchor screws, as an example, and a variety of different sized installation screws as apparently some tvs have different attachment screw sizes, and a variety of different spacers. They also include several straps for mounting cables, and even a new heavy duty HDMI cable. It also comes with an installation template that made it super easy. The install literally took me 30 minutes from beginning to end. The instructions were really outstanding. My only knock would be on the vertical tilt adjustment (up or down tilt) - it consists of two adjustable screws that is a little awkward to adjust, but overall, very pleased with the product. I was concerned given the price because it was so much less expensive than a full range of motion version I saw at a big block store (priced well over $300).

> 24 hourThis is a great mount. It is very sturdy and holds my 75 LED TV very well. Had a single-arm extension mount on my heavy 55-inch 2011 3D HDTV, so I wanted to go with a double arm for this beast. I purchased my 4K TV the Saturday before Thanksgiving at my local club store, kind of an impulse buy. I knew the mount for my 55 TV was heavy duty, but I didnt know at the time that it only went up to 400 x 400 VESA and the new TV was 600 x 400 (its an old mount, before anything larger than 55 was common). No problem, company wasnt coming until Tuesday, and I saw I could order a mount at Amazon and have it delivered by Monday with Prime, so I did further research on mounts looking for one that would install into concrete. This one did, it was on sale, ordered. Shipping delay on Monday meant I didnt get the mount until Tuesday. Ok, no problem. Company has arrived at my house but no big deal. Mount arrives Tuesday. I go to install that evening after spending time with relatives. Open the package up, they have screws for every type of TV under the sun, but NO CONCRETE WALL ANCHORS WERE INCLUDED! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! They advertise this as being able to install in concrete, the anchors probably cost pennies to produce and include, yet Mounting Dream made the horrible decision to not include concrete wall anchors? One can phone them and they will send them to you if you need them. Its 9PM at night, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Should have had this TV up on the wall yesterday, and now Im looking at FRIDAY EVENING at best, thats assuming Mounting Dream can overnight me the anchors. Every TV mount I have ever purchased in the past (7 to be exact) has included the concrete wall anchors. This was extremely frustrating to me. I didnt know if I wanted to just spend a lot more money for a good mount locally and return this one, but that would take time I didnt have, and this seemed like a nice mount. So I emailed Mounting Dream Tuesday evening at maybe 11pm. Low and behold, I had an email in my inbox the next morning, as apparently they are in Asia and have a shipping partner in the USA they contacted to get the concrete wall anchors to me on Friday. I applaud their fast shipping, but it doesnt change the fact they should have included these anchors in the box to begin with. By Wed evening I decided I didnt want to wait anymore, so I found anchors I had from another two other installations, with different screws, and made those work. So, mount is 5-star, customer service is 5-star, but because their failure to include concrete wall anchors as an intentional decision, after advertising this mount was for concrete installation, drops this down to a 3-star product. Mounting Dream, start putting the concrete wall anchors in with your mounts and stop inconveniencing customers and causing loads of frustration! (I waited a week to write this because last week I was ready to give this mount a 2-star review) So, if installing in wood, youll love it. If you can wait extra days for concrete anchors to arrive before you install, youll love it. If you want to get your TV up ASAP, and there was a shipping delay (not sure if that was Amazon or Mounting Dream), and you cant wait for concrete anchors to arrive after a holiday, go with a different mount that includes the anchors.

> 24 hourRecently replaced an old 100+ pound 50 plasma with a new 65 Sony X900F that weighs about 54 pounds. The old wall mount for my plasma was the wrong VESA pattern, and it wasnt articulating, so a new mount was in the cards. Decided on the Mounting Dream (LOL! Awwww the Chinese are funny with their company names aimed at American consumers) Premium Full Motion TV Wall Mount (model MD2298) because it fit a variety of stud spacing, and while I knew the stud spacing from my old wall mount, I wanted to be able to take this with me to other condos in case of a move. Package arrived in 3 days and was sitting on my porch via USPS. No sig required. It was boxed in a brown box outer package that labelled it as a TV mount, and an inside brown box that housed the actual product. It was padded good and everything was intact. Installation was fairly easy, as I knew exactly where the studs were due to my previously installed wall mount. So I removed the old wall mount, blind eyed a few inches higher for the new one, slapped the template up, drilled the new holes, and had the new Mounting Dream main mount installed in under 30 minutes. I installed the hanging brackets on my Sony X900F, and was all set to go. Decided to add some cable management boxes and drop my HDMI cables and power cord inside of the wall, as my old plasma was a lazy install since I planned to replace it eventually. This took more time than installing the actual Mounting Dream wall mount, but was worth it. Its an inside wall and I knew there was no insulation and would be easy. Fished my cables through the wall, hung my new Sony X900F on the Mounting Dream wall mount with the help of my wife, fastened the lower brackets, and was all set to go. Assorted musings: - Instructions are very clear and easy to understand. - The mount is extremely solid, and while my panel only weighted less than half of the weight that this mount is rated to handle, I feel it will do just fine up to its rated weight. - After installation, its possible to rotate your TV +/- 3 degrees on the horizontal plane, so while its important to get your wall mount level, if youre off by a few degrees, youll still be able to turn the TV enough to level it out. - It squeaks slightly when extending the arm and closing it, but a dab of WD40 fixed the issue. - I wanted an articulating mount to make access to cables a lot easier, but extending the arm about 17-18 does make the TV appear larger when sitting on the couch. Free size increase! XD - I currently have an Apple TV 4K and an older Xbox One hooked up. Soundbar to be added at a future date.

> 24 hourIf I had to choose a wall mount for my expensive TV I’m going to choose something I know is NOT going to fall. I ended up on this nice lil fella here to do just the trick! Installation: Since my wife did not want to give me a hand and my 1.5 year old son was sleeping I decided to give it a go on my own. Yea I did it and yea it wasn’t too bad. The hardest part honestly is getting the bubble level they sent you perfectly straight on the mounting pattern sheet. Once I had that on I stuck the sheet up there with the adhesive backs and predrilles some holes into the studs. Next, with my superhuman brute strength, I lifted the bracket into position, against the tape on pattern, and added one bolt. Followed by the next. Followed by 2 more(don’t forget the washers). Two of the holes didn’t have the center crosshairs that the mounting pattern comes with so it ended up being maybe a degree off tilt. Luckily they have a nice little adjustment screw that lets you make fine +-3 degree adjustments. Then I hulled my massive yet elegant tv into the bracket and voila. I settled for where it was because I’m sure as heck not doing that again... Durability: My tv is still on the wall and it is an lg oled so if it falls I’m not going to be too happy. So far so good. Some third category: Better prices than Best Buy and better reassurance than sketchy eBay listings. If you have a cheaper tv you can find a cheaper bracket I’m sure. But if your looking for best bang for buck then this is a decent option. Peace out homies -Grandma

> 24 hourComes with wood stud hardware to install. It comes also with a disposable 3 inch level and 3 velcro straps for cords. The TV I have is on the heavier side but this TV mount is sturdy and well built. This TV mount comes with a thin cardboard template to help ease of install. Great TV mount a little stiff to move in and out but thats to be expected since its new its also better because it feels more secure, It doesnt feel cheap.

> 24 hourSo... I like to go overkill on some projects, especially like this where a heavy object could potentially fall on my child. So, I spend the extra $ for what appears to be a more premium mount, and they delivered. Now, as far as mounting goes, I have an older 50 Samsung Plasma TV which weighs a good bit, and back to what I previously said about things that could possibly fall on my child... I went overkill on this install. I already had an outlet installed behind the TV and, when I installed it I thought I had it centered just right as to avoid interference with any mount later on but go figure I was about a 1/2 too far to the right and this mount would have been on top of the right side of the faceplate. No worries, I wanted to put some boards (which I still need to paint) under the mounting bracket anyway so I could proceed with my overkill install. I had some scrap 1x4 boards that I cut to size. Two went behind the mount, the other 1 went on the other side of the wall to which the TV would be mounted which just so happened to just be a closet space in my office, so no biggie. Pre-drilled everything out and used some 3.5 bolts to hold the mount in place, bolted to the studs which I found out werent my houses usual 16 on center (for unknown reasons) on this wall, and used four 8 bolts to straddle the studs for the top of the mount. So the first image is from the closet side showing the 4 bolts protruding from the wall, straddling the studs, and the other two pictures show the boards on the front side and how they also allowed enough offset from the wall for my outlet, and a bit larger of a footprint so I dont crush the drywall with the pressure of kids (or anybody else) possibly pulling on the TV. Bolts need to be cut, ground down and siliconed so they cant cut anything up, and the boards need to be painted still, but you get the point. Suffice it to say this isnt coming down, exactly how it should be in a house with youngins

> 24 hourOkay Amazon, you just rejected my first review - love the machine intelligence. I spent a lot of time reading reviews on AMZN and the web on mounting options, mounting bracket reviews, etc. and settled on this one. Package arrived in mint condition (rare as its heavy) and contained all the necessary pieces and parts, including 2 levels which were very handy if you didnt own any. The instructions were shockingly clearly and easy to understand and the mounting itself pretty simple and straight forward. I ended up having to mount this using some solid wood stringers as the studs in my wall are 24 apart and I couldnt make it work where I wanted it to, namely the exact center of the viewing room. Not a big deal really. Using 2 people to mount would make it even easier so if that is an option then go for it. I am glad I took some extra time and really measured out dimensions because had I defaulted to using some formulas (well presented) on the Internet my TV would have been mounted way, way too high. My advice is to take your time, get a friend or partner to help, and it will be an easy 2-3 hour job start to finish (locating, measuring, modifying, hanging tv + cable mgmt) I used some heavy duty 3 Torx wafer head lag screws to mount the bracket to the solid wood stringers - worked great. Mount comes with a variety of machine and lag screws of different lengths to accommodate for a variety of options and TVs. Final mounting was easy though a true 2 person job. I like the ability to adjust the TV at a slight (5-10 degree) angle to cut down on glare from the back window....nice touch.

> 24 hourThis is a great TV wall mount option. Good Quality. Easy Installation
