> 3 dayThis is a great mount. It is very sturdy and holds my 75 LED TV very well. Had a single-arm extension mount on my heavy 55-inch 2011 3D HDTV, so I wanted to go with a double arm for this beast. I purchased my 4K TV the Saturday before Thanksgiving at my local club store, kind of an impulse buy. I knew the mount for my 55 TV was heavy duty, but I didnt know at the time that it only went up to 400 x 400 VESA and the new TV was 600 x 400 (its an old mount, before anything larger than 55 was common). No problem, company wasnt coming until Tuesday, and I saw I could order a mount at Amazon and have it delivered by Monday with Prime, so I did further research on mounts looking for one that would install into concrete. This one did, it was on sale, ordered. Shipping delay on Monday meant I didnt get the mount until Tuesday. Ok, no problem. Company has arrived at my house but no big deal. Mount arrives Tuesday. I go to install that evening after spending time with relatives. Open the package up, they have screws for every type of TV under the sun, but NO CONCRETE WALL ANCHORS WERE INCLUDED! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! They advertise this as being able to install in concrete, the anchors probably cost pennies to produce and include, yet Mounting Dream made the horrible decision to not include concrete wall anchors? One can phone them and they will send them to you if you need them. Its 9PM at night, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Should have had this TV up on the wall yesterday, and now Im looking at FRIDAY EVENING at best, thats assuming Mounting Dream can overnight me the anchors. Every TV mount I have ever purchased in the past (7 to be exact) has included the concrete wall anchors. This was extremely frustrating to me. I didnt know if I wanted to just spend a lot more money for a good mount locally and return this one, but that would take time I didnt have, and this seemed like a nice mount. So I emailed Mounting Dream Tuesday evening at maybe 11pm. Low and behold, I had an email in my inbox the next morning, as apparently they are in Asia and have a shipping partner in the USA they contacted to get the concrete wall anchors to me on Friday. I applaud their fast shipping, but it doesnt change the fact they should have included these anchors in the box to begin with. By Wed evening I decided I didnt want to wait anymore, so I found anchors I had from another two other installations, with different screws, and made those work. So, mount is 5-star, customer service is 5-star, but because their failure to include concrete wall anchors as an intentional decision, after advertising this mount was for concrete installation, drops this down to a 3-star product. Mounting Dream, start putting the concrete wall anchors in with your mounts and stop inconveniencing customers and causing loads of frustration! (I waited a week to write this because last week I was ready to give this mount a 2-star review) So, if installing in wood, youll love it. If you can wait extra days for concrete anchors to arrive before you install, youll love it. If you want to get your TV up ASAP, and there was a shipping delay (not sure if that was Amazon or Mounting Dream), and you cant wait for concrete anchors to arrive after a holiday, go with a different mount that includes the anchors.

> 3 dayMy wife wanted our sofa moved to an adjacent wall and the TV hung on a pivot mount – the TV was mounted on a tilting wall mount prior. The big issue is our wall studs are 24” on center and the TV would mainly be turned 75º in order to view from our main seating area. After much research, I figured this TV mount would do the job. Our 43” LED TV was easy to mount to the bars and the mount itself was not complicated to install. The hard part was trying to install the lag bolts into the studs while holding the mount against the wall. Once attached and the TV hung, it was stiff to swivel the TV but in hindsight, that is probably better than being too loose. And a few sprays of WD-40 made the turning easier. I went overkill on the mount, I could have purchased a cheaper mount but wanted to be sure the TV stayed on the wall with the kids wanting to move it around and since it’ll be pulled out from the wall almost constantly. Pros: The bubble level included made mounting in line; many mounting holes to choose from based on wall location; many spacers included for attaching the brackets to the TV; easy to swivel and tilt in any direction; ‘folds flat’ against the wall when needed. A great swivel wall mount that I have and will continue to recommend.

> 3 dayIt comes with all kinds of helpful tools and hardware to install, to allow for a wide variety of installation needs. They actually send you the right sized drill bit for the anchor screws, as an example, and a variety of different sized installation screws as apparently some tvs have different attachment screw sizes, and a variety of different spacers. They also include several straps for mounting cables, and even a new heavy duty HDMI cable. It also comes with an installation template that made it super easy. The install literally took me 30 minutes from beginning to end. The instructions were really outstanding. My only knock would be on the vertical tilt adjustment (up or down tilt) - it consists of two adjustable screws that is a little awkward to adjust, but overall, very pleased with the product. I was concerned given the price because it was so much less expensive than a full range of motion version I saw at a big block store (priced well over $300).

Greater than one weekComes with wood stud hardware to install. It comes also with a disposable 3 inch level and 3 velcro straps for cords. The TV I have is on the heavier side but this TV mount is sturdy and well built. This TV mount comes with a thin cardboard template to help ease of install. Great TV mount a little stiff to move in and out but thats to be expected since its new its also better because it feels more secure, It doesnt feel cheap.

> 3 dayI have a 65 LG that I purchased this TV mount for. It fits well, holds the TV with no issue, and has the full range of motion advertised. In fact, it has much more motion than Ill ever need, and can hold the TV out from the wall further than I am comfortable with. It does make back-of-TV access (power cords, HDMI, etc.) much easier. During unboxing/mounting, the pivot arm is still connected to the back plate. It would be much simpler for install if the arm was shipped separate. There are only a few bolts to take this assembly loose and will make the install much easier. General installation note unrelated to the product itself: ensure you have the correct anchoring hardware for installation. We found out we have metal studs, not wood, so we had to go buy different hardware for mounting. Its important to get hardware that will work. If you have to change hardware, also make sure you have the correct washers. Measure 3 times, drill once to avoid extra holes in the apartment walls.

Greater than one weekI have to say, this was one of the most well-thought-out products Ive ever purchased. The item arrived well packaged in a sturdy box (inside another Amazon box) with everything well laid out inside. All of the fasteners were individually packaged so theres no fishing around for the right part. For the record, I used this to mount a 65 TV that weighs about 50 lbs. It is definitely sturdy and can hold much more. Additional tools you will need: Tape measure, stud-finder, drill w/drill and screwdriver bits, wrench & socket set (SAE). Mounting on the wall was a breeze. My advice to other buyers that you will need to locate the wall studs accurately and you will need drill the pilot holes as close to the center of the studs as possible - particularly if youre mounting a heavy TV. Theres just no getting around that. Use the stud-finder to mark the edges of the studs, then use those marks to determine the mid-point. Make a couple of passes to be absolutely sure. Included in the package is a peal-and-stick cardboard template and two bubble levels. Dont bother with the one that youre supposed to stick on the template, just use the big plastic one. Youre going to want to do some measuring here to make sure you place the mount exactly where you want it. I was lucky that the center of the TV was almost dead-center between two studs. Youll also want to measure the height of the mount by test-fitting the part that goes on the TV and doing a little figuring on how much to move the mount up or down so that the TV is where you want it. Once youve drilled the holes, screw the bracket to the wall and use a wrench to snug the screws tight. Dont over-tighten or youll strip out the holes. Make sure you put the mount right side up (Yes, I made this mistake). Next, attach the brackets to the TV. The kit comes with an assortment of screws, washers and bushings to accommodate any TV. Each TV is different and youre just going to have to use common sense. Dont over-tighten these screws either, but the brackets need to be snug. Before hanging the TV on the wall mount, ensure that the side-to-side and front-to-back tilt adjustment screws are tight and relatively level. You can adjust them later to get them perfect, but you should have them close to where they need to be now and tightened down so the mount doesnt move when youre trying to hang the TV on it. Have someone help you lift the TV onto the wall mount. It just hangs on there (at first), but its much easier if you have someone to help guide it into place. Attach the locking brackets to the bottom of the TV brackets and youre done!!! Operation of the mount is very smooth, though it takes just a little bit more effort than Id like. I attribute that to the fact that its brand new and Im certain a few drops of oil strategically placed will resolve that. BY NO MEANS would I suggest getting a different mount based on that purely-subjective opinion. This mount is perfect for a big TV. Its a little pricier than most, but worth every penny.

> 3 dayOverall, I am very pleased with the product and extremely pleased with their support. They took something that is rather complex and made it DIY. These mounts have to accommodate different TVs and wall positions. I purchased the 2298 model because it has the maximum flexibility as my wall outlet and stud positioning are not ideal. This mount was able to compensate horizontally and vertically by about 4 inches which made it perfect. Likely the most confusing part is picking the right spacers to go with the TV bracket screws and this required me to contact their support team as Samsung is not very clear in their manual, in my book. Their Mounting Dream support team was very patient and responsive with me and you can tell they know their stuff. The arms are a bit stiff and I will hit it with some WD40 (recommenced by their support team and manual) as this bracket is by no means flimsy. Net-net: I like this system, and their support, so much that I just ordered another one for the living room. Now I need to figure out which TV to buy for that room LOL.

> 3 dayI own a condo where metal studs were used and the stud centers are not the regular 16” or 24”. I wanted to hang my 65” LG TV (65UK6500AUA) to the wall. I read all the reviews and settled on this mount. The amount arrived in just a few days and I unboxed it and found it to be well packed and had every possible mounting screw for the TV included. As to installation, I did not use the template since my studs turned out to be on 18” centers. The hardest part of the installation was determining the height and horizontal location to mount the bracket based on a desired height and location of the TV. While the hardware for mounting to metal studs is not included, you can mount to metal studs if you take the time and effort to mount it properly and use the correct fasteners. I used Hillman ¼” Strap toggles. The strap toggles have a metal end that mates with the back of a metal stud. I used a finish nail to find the edges of the metal studs and drilled a ¼” pilot hole into the metal stud followed up by the ½” hole required by the strap toggle. I used ¼” x 1” fender washers on the ¼” strap toggle bolts. Once the ¼” bolts were loosely installed in the strap toggles, I leveled the mounting plate and tightened down the bolts. Next, I grabbed hold of the mount and put weight on it to make sure it was securely fastened to the studs. Mounting the TV took all of 3 minutes. A few more minutes adjusting the tilt and leveling plat and I was done. Total installation time was about 90 minutes with 20 of the minutes determining the location. I highly recommend this mount.

> 3 dayThis was a very complete and solid TV mounting kit. It comes with everything you need including a wall template, level, mounting screws of numerous sizes. I needed a larger bracket because our house is framed with 24 in on center studs and this fit the bill. Instructions and template were easy to follow. I also was able to place a box in the wall behind the mount large enough to accommodate a UPS, though the mount sits flush so I couldnt fit the frame or face plate on the wall box. We mounted a Samsung Series 7 70 inch TV. All the screws we needed were provided and with a partner its an easy install and connection of the TV. Everything is tight and solid and moves nicely without rocking or tilting. Very happy with the purchase. Already have two more to mount in other locations in the near future.

> 3 dayI have now installed eight of these mounts on 55” and 65” inch TV’s I am at a loss to know what more I would want in a TV mount The key features are: One-piece long wall plate is all assembled and can be placed on the wall without the TV Includes a cardboard template that makes it easy to predetermine approximately were and what holes you will use to mount the one-piece long wall plate Screws to mount the One-piece long wall plate to studs are included. Two brackets with the necessary screws included attach to your TV and then once attached you can pick up the TV and hang the brackets onto One-piece long wall plate easily. Two tube clips with screws lock those brackets with TV onto wall plate. A lot of extra hardware so you have the right screws and spacers. Things to watch out for: The One-piece long wall plate as delivered is too tight for moving TV once assembled. It is better to loosen the six (6) pivot bolts before mounting the long wall plate on wall (not too much about a turn and a half each. For this you will need a Hex Key Wrench Set and an open end wrench set (strange but true I found two different size nuts). Check the feel of opening the plate before installation. To mount first install the two brackets on your TV then measure from bottom of TV to top of hook on bracket . With that measurement establishing the height of the One-piece long wall plate is easy. I have observed that many people want the TV too high in a living room this will strain the neck. I position the bottom of the TV 46 inches above the floor. A bedroom is different because for two reasons you are lying in bed and occasionally one must look over a too tall belly. I position the bottom of the TV 56 inches above the floor (check for overhead clearance before mounting. Find the wood studs you plan to mount wall plate to. Use the cardboard template to determine the position of the upper left lag screw and which two elongated holes work correctly for your studs. Drill a pilot hole for the first lag screw, then with a washer on the lag screw fasten the upper left side of the wall plate about one turn loose. Use a level to position the wall plate and drill the upper right hole and use a second lag screw with washer. Recheck level; recheck distance from floor to bottom of TV (as planned). Install lag screws three and four. Tighten all lag screws. Then Hang TV then connect TV If for some reason the set is not level this can be adjusted at this point. Remember you may have exposed wires you don’t like. Please see my review of the Datacomm 50-3338-WH-KIT Easy Mount Cable Organizer Kit and PORTER-CABLE 43218 3/16-Inch Piloted Down Spiral Drywall Cutout Bit to help you with that problem Good Luck Mounting to wood studs is easy. I have mounted some to metal studs using 1/4 X 3-1/4 T-Anchors - For Hollow Cavity Applications when you use this part you will need to add a lot of spacers or chase the threads further as the threads have not been chased far enough to tighten the screw. Also after you tighten screw you will probably want to cut off the excess thread.
