> 3 dayI used this wall mount for a 65 Sony. It is very solid and sturdy, I have no fear that it will come off the wall. It includes all possible combination of screws etc that one might need for its installation. I liked that most of the mount was first attached to the wall. Then the two vertical pieces attached to the TV. The TV could then be lifted and hung on the wall mount. The two brackets that hold the TV to the mount could be attached without physically holding the TV in place. One of the horizontal bars right behind the TV blocked the optical out connector that I wanted to use. I was able to slide the TV about an inch off center on the wall mount to get around this. It is also possible to change the location vertical mounts to the TV up or down depending on the TV. It is easy to swivel the TV as needed. I face it straight ahead to watch TV from my recliner or swivel it left to watch while using my elliptical. The only thing I still need to do is find out how to hold the TV perfectly horizontal. There seems to be a little play that allows the TV to get a bit out of horizontal when I swivel it. However, once set to horizontal it stays there until I move it again.

Greater than one weekGiven the fact that I already own 2 other TV mounts from this exact brand already. I knew that I was purchasing the best without any questions. Although the description may say for 45 TVs and up... I think its more around the lines of 60+. Thats my opinion though... This mount is huge and can potentially be bigger than some 45 TVs... So just a heads up. The TV that I installed it with is a 65 and I feel that it is perfect for the size. Also wanted to praise this buy with the things it includes (which I dont think they advertise enough). With the purchase you get the instructions to put it up (or you can YouTube it), a paper stencil of the mount to make your marking on the wall extremely easier, 2 levels (one for the mount and one for the mount paper stencil), a drill bit for mounting screws, a socket wrench for the mounting screws and all the little extra parts if needed. I really recommend this company for any mounting, but would also recommend for you to do the research on the perfect size for your TV. As stated above, I feel this one is perfect for anything 60+.

> 3 dayOverall, I am very pleased with the product and extremely pleased with their support. They took something that is rather complex and made it DIY. These mounts have to accommodate different TVs and wall positions. I purchased the 2298 model because it has the maximum flexibility as my wall outlet and stud positioning are not ideal. This mount was able to compensate horizontally and vertically by about 4 inches which made it perfect. Likely the most confusing part is picking the right spacers to go with the TV bracket screws and this required me to contact their support team as Samsung is not very clear in their manual, in my book. Their Mounting Dream support team was very patient and responsive with me and you can tell they know their stuff. The arms are a bit stiff and I will hit it with some WD40 (recommenced by their support team and manual) as this bracket is by no means flimsy. Net-net: I like this system, and their support, so much that I just ordered another one for the living room. Now I need to figure out which TV to buy for that room LOL.

> 3 dayI have to say, this was one of the most well-thought-out products Ive ever purchased. The item arrived well packaged in a sturdy box (inside another Amazon box) with everything well laid out inside. All of the fasteners were individually packaged so theres no fishing around for the right part. For the record, I used this to mount a 65 TV that weighs about 50 lbs. It is definitely sturdy and can hold much more. Additional tools you will need: Tape measure, stud-finder, drill w/drill and screwdriver bits, wrench & socket set (SAE). Mounting on the wall was a breeze. My advice to other buyers that you will need to locate the wall studs accurately and you will need drill the pilot holes as close to the center of the studs as possible - particularly if youre mounting a heavy TV. Theres just no getting around that. Use the stud-finder to mark the edges of the studs, then use those marks to determine the mid-point. Make a couple of passes to be absolutely sure. Included in the package is a peal-and-stick cardboard template and two bubble levels. Dont bother with the one that youre supposed to stick on the template, just use the big plastic one. Youre going to want to do some measuring here to make sure you place the mount exactly where you want it. I was lucky that the center of the TV was almost dead-center between two studs. Youll also want to measure the height of the mount by test-fitting the part that goes on the TV and doing a little figuring on how much to move the mount up or down so that the TV is where you want it. Once youve drilled the holes, screw the bracket to the wall and use a wrench to snug the screws tight. Dont over-tighten or youll strip out the holes. Make sure you put the mount right side up (Yes, I made this mistake). Next, attach the brackets to the TV. The kit comes with an assortment of screws, washers and bushings to accommodate any TV. Each TV is different and youre just going to have to use common sense. Dont over-tighten these screws either, but the brackets need to be snug. Before hanging the TV on the wall mount, ensure that the side-to-side and front-to-back tilt adjustment screws are tight and relatively level. You can adjust them later to get them perfect, but you should have them close to where they need to be now and tightened down so the mount doesnt move when youre trying to hang the TV on it. Have someone help you lift the TV onto the wall mount. It just hangs on there (at first), but its much easier if you have someone to help guide it into place. Attach the locking brackets to the bottom of the TV brackets and youre done!!! Operation of the mount is very smooth, though it takes just a little bit more effort than Id like. I attribute that to the fact that its brand new and Im certain a few drops of oil strategically placed will resolve that. BY NO MEANS would I suggest getting a different mount based on that purely-subjective opinion. This mount is perfect for a big TV. Its a little pricier than most, but worth every penny.

> 3 dayI own a condo where metal studs were used and the stud centers are not the regular 16” or 24”. I wanted to hang my 65” LG TV (65UK6500AUA) to the wall. I read all the reviews and settled on this mount. The amount arrived in just a few days and I unboxed it and found it to be well packed and had every possible mounting screw for the TV included. As to installation, I did not use the template since my studs turned out to be on 18” centers. The hardest part of the installation was determining the height and horizontal location to mount the bracket based on a desired height and location of the TV. While the hardware for mounting to metal studs is not included, you can mount to metal studs if you take the time and effort to mount it properly and use the correct fasteners. I used Hillman ¼” Strap toggles. The strap toggles have a metal end that mates with the back of a metal stud. I used a finish nail to find the edges of the metal studs and drilled a ¼” pilot hole into the metal stud followed up by the ½” hole required by the strap toggle. I used ¼” x 1” fender washers on the ¼” strap toggle bolts. Once the ¼” bolts were loosely installed in the strap toggles, I leveled the mounting plate and tightened down the bolts. Next, I grabbed hold of the mount and put weight on it to make sure it was securely fastened to the studs. Mounting the TV took all of 3 minutes. A few more minutes adjusting the tilt and leveling plat and I was done. Total installation time was about 90 minutes with 20 of the minutes determining the location. I highly recommend this mount.

> 3 dayIf I had to choose a wall mount for my expensive TV I’m going to choose something I know is NOT going to fall. I ended up on this nice lil fella here to do just the trick! Installation: Since my wife did not want to give me a hand and my 1.5 year old son was sleeping I decided to give it a go on my own. Yea I did it and yea it wasn’t too bad. The hardest part honestly is getting the bubble level they sent you perfectly straight on the mounting pattern sheet. Once I had that on I stuck the sheet up there with the adhesive backs and predrilles some holes into the studs. Next, with my superhuman brute strength, I lifted the bracket into position, against the tape on pattern, and added one bolt. Followed by the next. Followed by 2 more(don’t forget the washers). Two of the holes didn’t have the center crosshairs that the mounting pattern comes with so it ended up being maybe a degree off tilt. Luckily they have a nice little adjustment screw that lets you make fine +-3 degree adjustments. Then I hulled my massive yet elegant tv into the bracket and voila. I settled for where it was because I’m sure as heck not doing that again... Durability: My tv is still on the wall and it is an lg oled so if it falls I’m not going to be too happy. So far so good. Some third category: Better prices than Best Buy and better reassurance than sketchy eBay listings. If you have a cheaper tv you can find a cheaper bracket I’m sure. But if your looking for best bang for buck then this is a decent option. Peace out homies -Grandma

> 3 dayIt comes with all kinds of helpful tools and hardware to install, to allow for a wide variety of installation needs. They actually send you the right sized drill bit for the anchor screws, as an example, and a variety of different sized installation screws as apparently some tvs have different attachment screw sizes, and a variety of different spacers. They also include several straps for mounting cables, and even a new heavy duty HDMI cable. It also comes with an installation template that made it super easy. The install literally took me 30 minutes from beginning to end. The instructions were really outstanding. My only knock would be on the vertical tilt adjustment (up or down tilt) - it consists of two adjustable screws that is a little awkward to adjust, but overall, very pleased with the product. I was concerned given the price because it was so much less expensive than a full range of motion version I saw at a big block store (priced well over $300).

> 3 dayWe recently got a 75 LG tv and we wanted that big boy up on the wall. Naturally, I was terrified of doing that considering I was convinced it would just rip any mount off of the wall. We also had an issue of size considering we were trying to put the tv in the corner of our room. So we need a full-motion heavy-duty mount that could actually do the job. This mount did the trick! Ill admit installing it was an event and definitely not the easiest because this mount is heavy. All I can say is just make sure you follow the direction ESPECIALLY the troubleshooting section. We ran into the stud issue and needed to get the socket wrench to get it fully in. Only took us like 30 minutes to figure this out... We ended up loving the mount so much we got a second one for our 65 tv. Both are holding strong and they are very sturdy. My only small complaint is the mount on the tv into the wall mount doesnt have a screw or clamp mechanism to hold it. It slides across the mount and while not a huge issue, can be a pain when trying to move the larger TVs around on the full motion range. Overall, a great mount and well worth the investment. Holds up the big tvs and makes the corner area useable too!
