> 3 dayIf I had to choose a wall mount for my expensive TV I’m going to choose something I know is NOT going to fall. I ended up on this nice lil fella here to do just the trick! Installation: Since my wife did not want to give me a hand and my 1.5 year old son was sleeping I decided to give it a go on my own. Yea I did it and yea it wasn’t too bad. The hardest part honestly is getting the bubble level they sent you perfectly straight on the mounting pattern sheet. Once I had that on I stuck the sheet up there with the adhesive backs and predrilles some holes into the studs. Next, with my superhuman brute strength, I lifted the bracket into position, against the tape on pattern, and added one bolt. Followed by the next. Followed by 2 more(don’t forget the washers). Two of the holes didn’t have the center crosshairs that the mounting pattern comes with so it ended up being maybe a degree off tilt. Luckily they have a nice little adjustment screw that lets you make fine +-3 degree adjustments. Then I hulled my massive yet elegant tv into the bracket and voila. I settled for where it was because I’m sure as heck not doing that again... Durability: My tv is still on the wall and it is an lg oled so if it falls I’m not going to be too happy. So far so good. Some third category: Better prices than Best Buy and better reassurance than sketchy eBay listings. If you have a cheaper tv you can find a cheaper bracket I’m sure. But if your looking for best bang for buck then this is a decent option. Peace out homies -Grandma

> 3 dayThis product is great! VERY sturdy & strong. Easy to put up, but will very likely take two people to put it up onto the wall as it is a solid, heavy product. However, well worth it as our old plasma TVs are quite heavy. We ordered this two separate times, for almost identical plasma TVs. As the TVs are older they do not have the standard placed bolt holes, but the seller promptly answered my question to him as to which mount would work for my TV. He told me that the mount Id originally asked him about would not work, but that this one would once I changed out the piece of the mount that the TV would sit on. He said that once I ordered it, if I would send him my Amazon order number and my address, he would immediately ship me the correct size pieces, at no additional charge to me. He did exactly as he said and all arrived promptly. After putting this up for the first TV, we were so impressed with it, that I promptly ordered a second one for our other heavy plasma TVand let him know once again, and he again shipped the correct sized bars to me and both them and the package from Amazon arrived on the same day, two days later. Highly recommend this seller and this mount!!! Thanks Michael!!!

> 3 dayThe mount is very sturdy and has a great range of motion. It feels solid fully extended and tilted at several angles. There is no wobble or sway at all. It will also collapse completely and only pushes the TV out an inch or so from the wall when fully retracted. After using 3 other types of mounting arms/brackets with different TVs, this was by far the easiest Ive ever installed. Actually hanging the TV on the installed mount instead of wrestling with the TV while attempting to fasten it to the mount is simple enough to be brilliant. The mount comes with everything you need except a drill, screwdriver, measuring tape (you do want it centered on the wall dont you?), and stud finder. My installation was a 65 TV over a fireplace, so I just substituted masonry bolts and anchors I already had in place of the ones they supplied. Warranty violation? Maybe, but this thing is a rock, so Im not concerned. Please note that they offer to send you free masonry anchors if you need them, but they are not included. The included lag bolts are definitely adequate and I suspect the mount can probably support more weight than they tell you. (I seriously doubt you would want a or need a TV heavier then the recommended limit.) My assumption is that most people will be installing into drywall and studs, and for that the kit is complete. It has several screw sizes and spacers that will fit just about any TV out there. Directions are clear and easy to follow. They even include a template for mounting the base as well as 2 levels - one to stick on the template and another to use with the mount. While I did find that the stick on level was not completely accurate, it is a clever idea and definitely helps to make sure the template is level while you find studs and mark and drill pilot holes. The template itself has adhesive strips to keep it in place during the process. I had no issues removing it from the wall when I was ready to install the mount. The installation took @ 20 minutes from opening the box to securing the last brackets. The worst part was lifting and hanging the TV. I did that myself, which I would not necessarily recommend unless you are super confident you can handle the weight and awkwardness of the TV. Most TVs (as they show you in the directions) are a 2 person job for at least the hanging. Would definitely recommend this mount. If/when I need to do this again, I will get another one.

> 3 dayIt is solid and sturdy, supporting my 65 TV effortlessly. It is easy to install. And it telescopes and swivels easily to allow plenty of access behind the TV for connections. I highly recommend it. (I have three Mounting Dream mounts for 24, 40, and 65 TVs. All are great.)

> 3 dayActually, 4.5 stars. The only reason that I deduct a .5 star is the fact that upon arrival the TV mount component was not aligned with the wall mount component. I opted for 5 stars instead of 4 simply as I did not want to skew the review solely based on this. By hand I was able to correctly balance and align this, however it took some patience and muscle to do this. It would have been very easy to think it was faulty upon arrival had I not been willing to dedicate 20+ minutes to correctly aligning this. Other than this fact, I have my Samsung 65 TV mounted on the wall with this. It handles the TV without an issue. My TV is ~60 lbs - so not lite, but certainly not the heaviest. I have the mount screwed into studs in the wall - and I would never do it any other way. If you trust sheet rock to hold up your TV, you better have a nice little 32 ultra-lite TV - otherwise say goodbye to your one grand of Washingtons... Yes, I recommend this mount. I really enjoy how it allows me to adjust the TV in two directions - I can tilt the TV up or down and side to side, pull it out, set it back, and JUST FLAT OUT ENJOY MY GREAT TV. It just gives me good options and I enjoy that as I like to adjust my viewing experience based on where Im at, or the people in the room. You can certainly get cheaper mounts, but to have one that will support a heavy TV while still giving you such great adjustments - NOT SO MUCH! Youve spent so much on the TV - why are you going cheap on the mount?! Get this one.

Greater than one weekI thought this mount would be overkill for the Samsung 55” UHD TV Series 6, since its VESA hole spacing is 200mm x 200mm. But it turned out to be the perfect combination of solid and flexible. The 2 wall studs I ended up attaching to were 13” spacing, due to two walls coming together at that point. But this worked just fine for that. I used the provided M8 x 50mm bolts and 2 plastic and 1 metal washer for each bolt. Of course I also used the plastic sleeves provided by Samsung as well. That combination of washers was just right to keep the bolts from murdering the innards of the TV. The only issue I ran into was that the provided 7/32” drill bit provided was too small in diameter to properly drill the holes for the lag bolts. I needed to go up one size to a 15/64” bit. Then it was perfect. I think this is why I keep reading reviews complaining about the lag bolts shearing off upon installation. Do yourself a favor and use a 15/64” bit for this install. I am impressed with the solid nature of this mount and am glad I went with this more expensive version.

> 3 daySo... I like to go overkill on some projects, especially like this where a heavy object could potentially fall on my child. So, I spend the extra $ for what appears to be a more premium mount, and they delivered. Now, as far as mounting goes, I have an older 50 Samsung Plasma TV which weighs a good bit, and back to what I previously said about things that could possibly fall on my child... I went overkill on this install. I already had an outlet installed behind the TV and, when I installed it I thought I had it centered just right as to avoid interference with any mount later on but go figure I was about a 1/2 too far to the right and this mount would have been on top of the right side of the faceplate. No worries, I wanted to put some boards (which I still need to paint) under the mounting bracket anyway so I could proceed with my overkill install. I had some scrap 1x4 boards that I cut to size. Two went behind the mount, the other 1 went on the other side of the wall to which the TV would be mounted which just so happened to just be a closet space in my office, so no biggie. Pre-drilled everything out and used some 3.5 bolts to hold the mount in place, bolted to the studs which I found out werent my houses usual 16 on center (for unknown reasons) on this wall, and used four 8 bolts to straddle the studs for the top of the mount. So the first image is from the closet side showing the 4 bolts protruding from the wall, straddling the studs, and the other two pictures show the boards on the front side and how they also allowed enough offset from the wall for my outlet, and a bit larger of a footprint so I dont crush the drywall with the pressure of kids (or anybody else) possibly pulling on the TV. Bolts need to be cut, ground down and siliconed so they cant cut anything up, and the boards need to be painted still, but you get the point. Suffice it to say this isnt coming down, exactly how it should be in a house with youngins

> 3 dayGiven the fact that I already own 2 other TV mounts from this exact brand already. I knew that I was purchasing the best without any questions. Although the description may say for 45 TVs and up... I think its more around the lines of 60+. Thats my opinion though... This mount is huge and can potentially be bigger than some 45 TVs... So just a heads up. The TV that I installed it with is a 65 and I feel that it is perfect for the size. Also wanted to praise this buy with the things it includes (which I dont think they advertise enough). With the purchase you get the instructions to put it up (or you can YouTube it), a paper stencil of the mount to make your marking on the wall extremely easier, 2 levels (one for the mount and one for the mount paper stencil), a drill bit for mounting screws, a socket wrench for the mounting screws and all the little extra parts if needed. I really recommend this company for any mounting, but would also recommend for you to do the research on the perfect size for your TV. As stated above, I feel this one is perfect for anything 60+.

13-12-2024We recently got a 75 LG tv and we wanted that big boy up on the wall. Naturally, I was terrified of doing that considering I was convinced it would just rip any mount off of the wall. We also had an issue of size considering we were trying to put the tv in the corner of our room. So we need a full-motion heavy-duty mount that could actually do the job. This mount did the trick! Ill admit installing it was an event and definitely not the easiest because this mount is heavy. All I can say is just make sure you follow the direction ESPECIALLY the troubleshooting section. We ran into the stud issue and needed to get the socket wrench to get it fully in. Only took us like 30 minutes to figure this out... We ended up loving the mount so much we got a second one for our 65 tv. Both are holding strong and they are very sturdy. My only small complaint is the mount on the tv into the wall mount doesnt have a screw or clamp mechanism to hold it. It slides across the mount and while not a huge issue, can be a pain when trying to move the larger TVs around on the full motion range. Overall, a great mount and well worth the investment. Holds up the big tvs and makes the corner area useable too!

> 3 dayI installed this for a 75 LG TV. The packaging of the hardware in separate sections is nice, the instructions were clear and accurate, the inclusion of a bubble level and template was very useful. I was able to mount the bracket on my wall by myself by hanging it on one partially screwed in wall bolt, then rotating it in place to put in the other three bolts. I did need help to lift my 100+ lb. TV onto the bracket. The full motion with adjustable tilt and rotation is a good feature. The motion was a little tight, so I loosend some of the nuts to make it move easier. I finally figured out that the included three velcro logo strips were cable ties, there was no identification in the parts list.
