Nice things about the product it is quick to set-up and easy to install. It has all the required feature which I was looking for. I am missing the following features and hope the next firmware can fix those. - Papercut option, right now it has setting on its software but doesnt allow you to set, left to right, right to left cut. It has by default right-left cut. - reduce the font size using the printer.

How to use New Net TOOL to set your IP address?
- Download the Net Setting tool, which is in the USB flash drive too.
- It can change your printer name and IP address.
- Use a Net tool, when an error (such as paper empty) has occurred, the message will pop up from the lower right corner automatically. Another function, turn on the DHCP, the printer will find your IP address after you connect the Lan cable. You don"t need to set your IP address by yourself.
Some important information about this receipt printer:
- 3-inch thermal receipt printer with auto-cutter and fast printing speed--230 mm/sec.
- Support Windows, MAC, Linux systems. Special software is required on mobile devices. DO NOT have BlueTooth/WIFI.
- If you wanna connect the printer via ethernet cable to share the printer by multiple computers, you can set it with the guide of User Manual.
- You can install the Printer Driver according to User Manual within 8 steps.
- You can add LOGO on every receipt from "Setting Tool" along with Printer Driver.
