Ordered 3 printers. One came used (broken ports and written on), one wouldn’t print anything, and the other printed a continuous barcode that wasted so much paper. I had trouble getting them to sync up with our POS, as well. Returned them the same day we took them out of the box and ordered a different brand. Disappointing!

Its so easy to use. I have used it for a week and Im happy with the product. Technical support services are very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the money.

It was quickly delivered. I was having few doubts about the product but seller was quick on answering all my questions. Nice things about the product it is quick to set-up and easy to install. It has all the required feature which I was looking for. I am missing the following features and hope the next firmware can fix those. - Papercut option, right now it has setting on its software but doesnt allow you to set, left to right, right to left cut. It has by default right-left cut. - reduce the font size using the printer.

This is bought for business use, initial set-up was a bit difficult but once I got it connected it was smooth sailing. 19 months later, only issue I encounter is possibly needing the cutter replaced. Definitely recommend if youre on a budget.

Its good product and customer service is great. They try solve any query quick within no time like it.
