> 3 dayWhen I purchased it I was a little bit worried, I have always used Epson or similar. When I got the MUNBYN the installation was easy on my Chromebook, but it did not cut the document properly, however I got support from their R&D team in China, I guess, and after some days the printer cuts the document perfectly. I have been using it for a week and no issues at all.
How to use New Net TOOL to set your IP address?
- Download the Net Setting tool, which is in the USB flash drive too.
- It can change your printer name and IP address.
- Use a Net tool, when an error (such as paper empty) has occurred, the message will pop up from the lower right corner automatically. Another function, turn on the DHCP, the printer will find your IP address after you connect the Lan cable. You don"t need to set your IP address by yourself.
Some important information about this receipt printer:
- 3-inch thermal receipt printer with auto-cutter and fast printing speed--230 mm/sec.
- Support Windows, MAC, Linux systems. Special software is required on mobile devices. DO NOT have BlueTooth/WIFI.
- If you wanna connect the printer via ethernet cable to share the printer by multiple computers, you can set it with the guide of User Manual.
- You can install the Printer Driver according to User Manual within 8 steps.
- You can add LOGO on every receipt from "Setting Tool" along with Printer Driver.
- Provide storage for direct access to printer driver and manual.
