Very easy setup. Installed the drivers, turned it on and it was ready. I used the USB connection on a windows computer. Worked perfectly with the POS system I am using.

Its so easy to use. I have used it for a week and Im happy with the product. Technical support services are very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the money.

I have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows wont add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I havent decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.

Print as faster than any Pos printer but the price is half of other very good

The first scanner they sent me had a defect. However, upon notifying them, they sent me a free scanner within days that works like a charm. So even though the initial experience was unsatisfactory since the scanner wasnt working, because they helped me out like this shows they are serious and I would highly recommend them.
