Greater than one weekI purchased this printer because I have a few other Munbyn Products and have been very happy with the quality. I had a few issues trying to get it to work with my Square Register but eventually got it to work flawlessly. So far it’s been great!

> 3 dayI have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows wont add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I havent decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.

> 3 dayOrdered 3 printers. One came used (broken ports and written on), one wouldn’t print anything, and the other printed a continuous barcode that wasted so much paper. I had trouble getting them to sync up with our POS, as well. Returned them the same day we took them out of the box and ordered a different brand. Disappointing!

> 3 dayIt was quickly delivered. I was having few doubts about the product but seller was quick on answering all my questions. Nice things about the product it is quick to set-up and easy to install. It has all the required feature which I was looking for. I am missing the following features and hope the next firmware can fix those. - Papercut option, right now it has setting on its software but doesnt allow you to set, left to right, right to left cut. It has by default right-left cut. - reduce the font size using the printer.
