Nature Made Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 200 Tablets, 200 Day Supply

After getting blood labs done after seeing a doctor, I discovered I needed a lot more B12 in my diet, so I started taking these daily. When I returned to get my blood tested again, my doctor said my levels were now perfect, and she advised to continue taking these vitamins. Very happy with this product!

After gastric surgery, I take a lot of supplements. These ones are unfortunately the worst of the bunch. I loath taking them. They start to crumble in the mouth as soon as they encounter water - which is pretty gross. I wont be buying this brand again.

Vitamin is a good supplement but these pill give off a powder which can cause you to choak if youre not careful coated tabs or soft gels are better if they come that way
