The magnet couldn’t hold the weight of my coffee mugs. The magnet kept sliding down my refrigerator, lower and lower. It was clear to see the magnet was not strong enough. Since I bought the magnets specifically to hang my coffee mugs on the side of the refrigerator, I had to throw them out.

It does not hold its weight; 50 pounds? It couldn’t up stand to 5 pounds.

I am pleased with the purchase as the magnets are strong! I have one magnet and hook on the side of a file cabinet at work and have a sportscoat, dress slacks, and dress shirt hanging from it. Solid-it could take more weight Im sure. I recommend the product without issue.

These are strong and the hooks are large enough for multiple sets of keys or pot holders, etc.

These work excellent on our fridge indoors. We also got them to put on a metal pergola, but alas it is spray powder coated and to hold up a robe or towel you need TWO hooks or they slide down the metal. So, depending upon what you are using these for, they deliver as advertised. [FYI, we then tried 100lb magnet hooks and even they slid down the coated metal.]
