Took it out of the box powered it up and it just worked. Netgear makes great products - never had a problem.

Good product, does what its supposed to.

I have been purchasing and using Netgear for many years and have always been pleased with the products and value for the money. Its a simple unmanaged switch so there is not a lot to be said. Very compact comparted to the old HP 8 port that I replaced with this. Netgear also has a very good warranty and customer support if ever needed.

Very disappointed, 2nd one I bought lasted only a few months, first one lasted 6 months

This was needed to change the network structure. Too many devices. Slowing the net speed. Things dropping out. Changing the WIFI Router as the Main Hub. Using the switcher to create new branches. Needed for the new wireless printers added.

I love this switch. It simply just works. The only thing that I am not fond of is that the power cord does not come out of the same side as the ports.

Needed to get a few computers connected to the network and this did the trick!

Worked perfectly right out of the box with no configuration.
