Nice metal housing, case and wall-wart run cool to the touch. Verified 1gbps throughput.

Just plug in devices and they can all communicate. I hooked up a bunch of devices to this switch and hooked the other end up to my router and theres been no issues. Everything just worked. High quality product that Id buy again if I ever need another.

Tin box instead of plastic

Simple, inexpensive and ,no nonsense way to add more devices to an outlet.

Like other Netgear network switches, its a nicely made box. Unfortunately, it fails to allow automatic IP address assignment (it fails DHCP.) I had to statically configure IP addresses on my computers and devices. Thats a hassle.

Easy install and works perfect

This was plug and play for me. Really easy to use. No issues with connection or speed. Nice for home networking.

This switch works great, is very affordable and very easy to install. The only warning I have for this product is not to use a Dell Docking station with it as it will cause everything else on the switch not to work.
