Works just fine!

I know it isnt considered a great practice, but we use these switches in a small office environment to connect multiple devices to one line going back to our router. Our use case is not very data intense and this is a perfect solution to avoiding running addition hard lines. It also seems to give better and more consistent performance than does our alternative of connecting fixed devices (printers, phones, desktop pcs, etc.) via wireless connections.

This is the second one of this model I have purchased. I put them behind my home router. The work flawlessly and are well build. I mounted one on the wall, and the other behind a desk.

I ordered this switch for a future project. Netgear products have always worked well for me in the past. This switch will be ready to use when I get around to it.

It really is as easy as “plug and play”. Product is well-made and robust. It was as easy as making the straightforward connections and it’s done after all of 2 minutes...

This is really nice switch. I wish the Ethernet plugged into back with lights in front versus both plug and lights on the same side. Silly issue I know, but usability wise that would work better. Net, very nice switch, great warranty, easy to use.
