> 3 dayMy stainless steel sink came loose from our quartz countertop and I wasnt sure how to fix it. I found this solution on Amazon and it really works. Only one side of our sink was loose but I ended up using all three supports to make sure the sink never comes loose again. Our sink cabinet walls are made of hard rubberized material - they are supposed to protect the other cabinets if there was ever a major water leak. I installed the support under the bad side and raised the sink back into position. I then installed the front support which did connect to the wood part of the cabinet and lastly I installed the other side support to the rubberized wall. They have been installed for several weeks and I have checked them regularly for any type of loosening but so far they are rock solid. If you have an issue with a sink coming loose or if you are afraid your sink may come loose you should get this solution.

> 3 dayThe undermount sink in my kitchen became detached from the countertop. It sunk down and, in turn, was causing an issue with the pipes since they were sized to fit from the original position. Im not that handy of a guy, so got immediate anxiety about who Im going to need to call and how much. Did some internet searching and found this product for a very reasonable price. I figured it was worth the try. From opening the package to having it installed...took under an hour. Its been in place now for a few months and Ive had zero issues. I deviated from the instructions a little regarding where to install the arms (front & back vs on the sides, etc.), so keep that in mind if you feel another spot would be better. But this thing was a lifesaver and I highly recommend.

> 3 dayYou cant tell from the product pictures, but these are quite big. Very sturdy. I was hesitant to use just one per side until they arrived and I saw how much coverage they have. The top support brace covers about half the short edge of the sink. The sticky backing was a big help. Install was very fast. Took maybe 30 min.

04-06-2025When I noted that the glue holding the under sink had separated from the counter, I thought that I would have a difficult job on my hand to make it right again. Until I was told about these sink repair devices. Upon looking at the items, I knew that they would do the job for me and it was a no brainier to get sink repair system. It only took some new adhesive, a drill/screwdriver and a steady hand to place the item in place. A few hours for the adhesive to dry and the sink is better than new. I would recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.

01-06-2025My sink came with mounting hardware that required me to drill holes to the underside of the cabinet. I really didnt want to do that or spend money on tools Im only going to use once. I feel like the screws could eventually come loose from the countertop. Also, I wanted an easy way to remove the sink if I ever wanted to replace it or do any kind of repairs. So, I gave this a shot even though it says it is a sink repair system. I figure if it can support 680lbs, then it should work as a sink install system. Can I use this never fall system without the sink mounting hardware? I hope so. Maybe the company can chime in on this. Anywho, it has been about 2 weeks since I installed it. You need roughly 2-2.5 inches on both sides for the thing to fit. It seems sturdy enough, but I havent been able to put it under any kind of stress since the water is not yet hooked up. I couldnt use the extra support bracket because I dont have anything in the front to attach it to. Company said it would be fine, so I hope they are right. I may end up adding in some wood support. Only complaint at the moment is that turning the turnbuckle can become difficult if there isnt enough clearance on both sides. I couldnt ensure that I had fully hand-tightened it because my hand didnt fit in the gap. The only way I could test was to wiggle the turnbuckle to see if it moved. I will update to see if it holds up after I start using the sink.

> 3 dayLess than two years after installation, the silicon seal on our stainless steel kitchen sink gave way and the sink dropped about 1/4 inch. Fortunately, the single strap that was used to secure the sink was still in place, and it prevented any damage to the disposal and plumbing. I was surprised (and somewhat disappointed) that there was only one strap used to hold the sink. Installing the Never Fail system was straight forward and quick. I didnt have to remove the disposal or any of the pipes. Except for bumping my head once on the garbage disposal (lol), the installation was flawless. The most difficult part of the install was scraping away the old silicon. (And that wasnt hard at all). I had the entire project finished in about 30 minutes (and that includes putting everything back under the sink!) I would absolutely recommend the Never Fall Complete Sink Repair System to anyone doing an under counter sink install. If I was a sink installer, this is the only product I would ever use.

> 3 dayWhen my undermount sink separated from the granite countertop, I was at a complete loss as to what to do. After calling a local granite company, they surprised me by saying that this was a fairly common occurrence, especially for installations which had been done a decade or more prior and not installed with clips. Unfortunately, they could not get anyone to come out and repair this for more than a week. When I saw a You Tube video about this product, I showed it to my husband and immediately said, Order it! I did and 48 hours later, we had it in hand. After cleaning the old caulk from the sink and positioning the product in place, he followed the easy-to-understand instructions and had the sink repaired in less than an hour. I cannot TELL you how pleased we are with this product. Add to that, the granite place (which never called me back, by the way) was going to charge $150 just to come out and look at it. For less than $40 and a tube of construction adhesive and waterproof caulk, I now have my sink back and it is probably installed better than it was originally 14 years ago. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Its a true winner and will save you tons of money and aggravation!

> 3 dayI really cant believe that the original undermount sink was installed in my house with shims and glue holding it up. Three of the four glued on shims had failed and my sink was sagging on two sides. Attaching these made it look better than new again! Dont forget to get the correct silicone caulk for stainless steel sinks. Put the caulk in first and then tighten these up for a great seal as well as a great look!
