I am glad I found these, for some reason the marble installers only used glue to hold my undermount double sink to the underside of the marble slab. Of course the sink started showing gaps. I had a handyman install these to close the gaps and to support the sink. These should be a must have for anyone having an unmount sink installed under a stone type countertop.

I do many detached kitchen sink repairs and Ive used 5 different versions of under-mount brackets. So far, these are the fastest ones to install. Because the wide mounts do the job of 2 narrow ones, it saves time and effort. The ratcheting clamp for the front is genius and worked great. You will want a long extension for your driver, and the smallest (narrowest) drill/driver you have to drive the screws in the gap between a double bowl sink. If you have a single bowl sink, I dont think youll be able to install it. There is plenty of adjustment room on them, so if your sink has a gap, youll be able to mount the brackets first, then push the sink back up into place. Slight cons: -It would be nice if the turnbuckles were hexagons so you could fit a wrench on them. But I just used pliers and it worked great. -It would be really great if they could incorporate a spring into the extension that pushed the bracket arm inwards toward the sink. When the gap between the sink and the side of the cabinet is small, you have to hold the bracket against the sink when you tighten it to keep it in place or it can fall over and away from the sink flange. It can be difficult to have 2 hands up in place under many cabinets. -It would be awesome if self-drilling screws were included in the package. I usually replace the included screws with self-drillers because they go in much easier.

First I would like to explain my situation. I have been in my house for 5 years and we were able to design it before we moved in. The granite counter tops were my wife and I choice. So undermount sinks came with the idea naturally. Well it failed and caused us a heck of a whole lot of trouble. I am a handyman and a do it yourselfer, but I am very busy with my personal life, regular career and extra curricular activities. I have tried to overcome the situation by reapplying the braces getting new ones from HD! Well...long story short! These work very well I was wondering why some people say u need two sets but its wonderful for my double sink. If directions and some doityourselfer ingenuity is followed I believe you would never have to buy another kit again even if you upgrade your sink its truly universal!

We just installed these on our under-mounted, stainless steel, double kitchen sink yesterday and I am impressed. Our home is 12 years old and the sink has been dropping in front for some time now. We tried tightening the existing clips but it didnt last, which brought me to research solutions when I found these. Before fixing it, there was a 3/8-1/2 inch gap in the front of the sink, for reference. Im not sure of the limits of the brackets, but they were able to close our gap. Our sink was mounted with 4 clips held up with screws that are placed in slots milled into the underside of the granite countertop, and a glue/sealer between the sink and granite. This may have been adequate if not for a garbage disposal and the fact that the cabinet has a little hinged utility drawer in front of the sink making it impossible to support it in that entire area. That noted, we couldnt use the center mount that was included with this kit either, but the two side supports seem to be doing a great job by themselves. These parts are very sturdy and made well, IMHO. I was impressed with the weight and heft when I unpacked them. There is peel and stick glue-tape on the mounting brackets to hold them to the cabinet wall after you place them and before you screw them in, which is a huge help in installation. Its still a task with many frustrations, mainly from lack of accessibility under a sink with existing pipes and a garbage disposal, but we managed to mount them and tighten everything together after the caulk/sealer was applied. Hooray! It looks like a successful project completed! Fortunately, our double sink was a tight fit in the cabinet and the walls were close to the edges so the angle for mounting these was pretty ideal. We were able to fit the braces between the original clips and tighten them up as well so, hopefully, the combination will be adequate to support the weight even without the front sink support. There are other options that Ive seen in my research, if needed, that could be added, like a brace under the disposal or sink basins. I will update my review if there are any changes or failures with this kit. I would strongly recommend it at this point and, if youre a DIY-type person, that you would be able to install it yourself. Otherwise, Id advise a handymans assistance. 5 stars at this point!

Always worried about the sink falling down at just the wrong time. This kit removes that worry at a very reasonable price.

I really liked this product for the way I used it. My undermount stainless steel sink detached from the granite countertop as it had not been originally installed with any kind of clips or brackets to help hold it up, only the silicone adhesive/caulk. I was completely worried about trying to find a granite fabricator to drill and install clips when I found this product. Although the instructions discuss using this to lift the sink into place, I did not try to use it for the actual installation. I just did not see a good way to get the sink almost in place and still have enough room to lay the caulk bead before raising it all the way to mount it. So I used a board spanning the sink cut out above, with bar clamps placed in the drain holes to pull the sink up. This gave a slightly uneven pull since the drains were off center toward the back, so I used a small (bottle) car jack underneath to lift up the sink and caulk it into place. Once the sink was secured with the clamps and jack and it appeared to be exactly where I wanted it, I installed the Never Fail brackets to lock it in place. I had room to get one side done while the caulk was drying, but since the jack was in the way, I just waited to get the other side done the following day after the caulk had set. No big deal since the clamps and jack were keeping it in place. The long side brackets were super easy to install and reached well below the bottom of my sink so I had plenty of room to drive the screws without the sink being in the way. I would recommend you install the bracket for the small front slide lock before you put the sink in place. I managed to put it in, but it took some tricky, off center placement and a ratcheting right angle screwdriver. For how I used it, this was just the ticket....

I didn’t know what to do when my sink started to sag. It’s over 15 years old and originally hanging by four clips. Now two fell out and it was virtually impossible to reinstall them. I started to google and saw this no fall system on YouTube. This was so genius. It was easy to install and trust me, the sink isn’t going anywhere for another 15 years!
