Never Fall Complete Sink Repair system

> 3 dayMy sink came with mounting hardware that required me to drill holes to the underside of the cabinet. I really didnt want to do that or spend money on tools Im only going to use once. I feel like the screws could eventually come loose from the countertop. Also, I wanted an easy way to remove the sink if I ever wanted to replace it or do any kind of repairs. So, I gave this a shot even though it says it is a sink repair system. I figure if it can support 680lbs, then it should work as a sink install system. Can I use this never fall system without the sink mounting hardware? I hope so. Maybe the company can chime in on this. Anywho, it has been about 2 weeks since I installed it. You need roughly 2-2.5 inches on both sides for the thing to fit. It seems sturdy enough, but I havent been able to put it under any kind of stress since the water is not yet hooked up. I couldnt use the extra support bracket because I dont have anything in the front to attach it to. Company said it would be fine, so I hope they are right. I may end up adding in some wood support. Only complaint at the moment is that turning the turnbuckle can become difficult if there isnt enough clearance on both sides. I couldnt ensure that I had fully hand-tightened it because my hand didnt fit in the gap. The only way I could test was to wiggle the turnbuckle to see if it moved. I will update to see if it holds up after I start using the sink.

> 3 dayThis product is well-made, sturdy, and easy to install. It comes with good printed instructions and there are also videos. I am surprised something like this isnt stocked in local hardware stores. I cant think of anything bad to say about it. Note to fellow Canadian buyers: I found it more cost-effective to order directly from the manufacturer here on Amazon.com, instead of from the resellers on Amazon.ca. YMMV

Greater than one weekEasy to install. Supports a farm sink

> 3 dayWe used these to install a heavy, 167 lb, farmhouse sink. Pro: It was easy to install, just four screws. Easy to adjust. Appears to be sturdy and strong. Con: Allows the under-counter farmhouse sink to shift around. The Never Fall has a T shape; that is, a long vertical rod topped by a shorter horizontal piece. These two pieces are joined in such a way that the top bar rotates on the vertical bar. The under-counter farmhouse sink is installed by sliding it into place, not by dropping it into a hole; so the Never Fall does not keep the sink in place, rather it lets the sink pivot out of the cabinet and onto the floor. This review might be a little unfair because the device is not sold as a tool for installing sinks, only repairing them. But it seemed like it would work for installation too. It does not.

> 3 dayI purchased 3 sets of these to install a new sink. With 2 sets at the back, 2 on the sides and 1 at the front center, I dont think Ill have any problems with the sink separating. Installation was straight forward, just dont mount the brackets backwards (et to Bruta), makes it easier to get the rods into place. If you have worked under sinks before, you will appreciate how easy the whole system is. Adjusting the tension was a breeze, just use a small pair of slip joint pliers and youre good to go!

> 3 dayTo start, I am not the most handy person in the world but anywhere I can save a few $$$ I do my best. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars to have somebody reattach my under sink when it separated from my granite counter top I started looking into ways to do it myself. I came across these brackets and gave them a shot. So far I am extremely satisfied and it has been a week since installation. I went a little overboard and installed 4 brackets under my kitchen sink but 2 would do just fine. I am very happy with the quality of the product and the easy to follow videos the company has online to install. The one area for improvement would be the written directions which come with the brackets. They are a little outdated and the pictures are not very clear. Aside from that, I 100% recommend trying these brackets.

> 3 dayI bought this to lift the portion of my under mount stainless steel double sink where it had separated from the granite near the faucet (exterior wall side of sink). At least for me (and Im fairly handy), it seemed difficult to attach to the sides lip of the sink because I tried that approach first. Of course, it is difficult to work under a kitchen sink, due to position and lack of room, even when everything stored underneath is removed. I eventually got the results I wanted using part of this kit - the front support worked great to lift the front of the sink (by cabinet doors). I wound up using one of the main supports with sheetrock anchors to mount to the rear wall and then positioned it differently than in the instructions to put tension on the rear part of the sink and lift it back into place. This probably isnt ideal, but it seems secure and the combination of the supports and a little silicone sealant got the results I wanted. I think it will work great on a new installation, but it would be good if there was a bracket to secure the side of the sink near the faucet as well as a front support.

> 3 dayI was quite worried about cracking of granite to repair, but liked the idea of these 2 screws that you tighten manually to help avoid this. Had a friend who is quite handy who was able to complete the job in under 2 hours. Wasnt much room in front to put the middle brace, however. The other issue was once they were in place, the back still had a gap, so used the galvanized wire straps that had been used during the initial sink installation and this seemed to do the trick. I think this is similar to what others have said that perhaps you need 2 sets (2 each side) versus just one. . . or maybe you have to be VERY good at placing exactly in the middle of the sides of sink AND ensuring level when they meet the underside of the sink which was stressed in the install information. Also felt the price was reasonable in USD as Canadian website was much more expensive for same product.

Greater than one weekOur double stainless steel kitchen sink was installed 16 years ago and about halfway during that time, we noticed the sink starting to droop in the middle where the sinks are divided. There were metal screws holding the metal sink up against the quartz counter top at the corners but not along the long edges in front and back. Not knowing how to solve the problem a few years ago I propped up the center with a length of pipe from below. It was only noticeable when opening the doors under the sink. Fast forward to last week when wife and I were getting our home ready to sell. She said she wouldnt buy a home that had that problem so this system looked like the best solution. It arrived in the mail, I looked at the instructions and photos, and probably within a half hour I had the two long pieces installed under the front and rear of the sink. I figured out which way to turn the bar to tighten, or push, up the sink and now the sink looks tight and flush like it did when first installed. The metal pieces cannot really even be seen unless peeking under the sink. Wifes happy, Im happy!

> 3 dayBrilliant idea, easy to install. I had to buy two small jacks to raise the undermounted sink, but the whole repair was done in a few hours. Youtube videos also helped me find this solution.
