> 3 dayWoke up one morning to my sink laying inside the cabinet below it. After much research, I chose the Never Fail Complete Sink Repair system. Being a 66-year old female, I was concerned about 2 things: 1) ease of installation and 2) durability. I sure didn’t want to have to do this again! When the product arrived I was happy to see it appeared to be high quality manufacturing. Reading the instructions—which were thorough and easy to follow—led me to believe I could do this alone. Except for the part where the sink needs to be supported while the adhesive dries, which is not actually part of this support system. But I’ll tell you how I addressed that, in case any of you are in a similar situation. After more reading, You Tube-Ing, and searching for stand-ins for the clamps I didn’t own, I copied the suggestion of one man and kept the sink in place with duct tape!!! Worked like a dream. The supports of the Never Fail System went on with ease after the adhesive dried. Then came my favorite. Part of the job...when I pat myself on the back because I did it alone! I’ve had the Never Fail system in place for 6 months now and there have been no problems. But I knew that would be the case by the time I’d finished the job. The design of this great system is brilliant and doesn’t require the use of epoxy like some of the others. I can’t praise the company who makes this product enough! It’s hard these days to find products that 1) do what they claim, 2) provide quality workmanship re: the parts, 3) supply instructions that are sensible & easy to follow, 4) are free of useless gimmicks and 5) have been designed simply but effectively. Bravo to those behind the Never Fail Complete Sink Repair System! I hope this review sends you more soon-to-be-satisfied customers.

> 3 dayThe Never Fall sink bracket system is excellent. I have a large Elkay undermount sink with very little clearance between it and the cabinet walls. The installers did a crappy job, and the existing mounts failed. But theres so little space around the sink in the cabinet underneath that theres no way I could have epoxyed on new mounting clips. However, I was able to position these brackets in plumb with relative ease using the adhesive strips (which are brilliant), and then affix them securely with the provided screws. Thereafter, lifting the sink into place (with a silicon bead) was quite easy, though I needed pliers to grip the shaft (its a very heavy sink particularly with the garbage disposal attached). Start to finish, the entire job took 30 minutes or less, including careful positioning of the brackets to ensure they were in plumb. My only suggestion to the fabricator would be to spline the shafts on the brackets to allow more grip, but thats a very minor quibble. The sink is now very, very securely in place with seemingly indestructible support. This is a great product.

> 3 dayOur kitchen sink fell in a few weeks ago because the gent who owned our house before us used industrial glue instead of the normal bracket kit. We bought this as a hail Mary since none of the hardware stores had what we needed. And it more than did the job!

> 3 dayOur under mount sink was not installed properly (before we bought our house). It had begun to wiggle. These have saved the day! Easy to install and work great

> 3 dayWe just installed these on our under-mounted, stainless steel, double kitchen sink yesterday and I am impressed. Our home is 12 years old and the sink has been dropping in front for some time now. We tried tightening the existing clips but it didnt last, which brought me to research solutions when I found these. Before fixing it, there was a 3/8-1/2 inch gap in the front of the sink, for reference. Im not sure of the limits of the brackets, but they were able to close our gap. Our sink was mounted with 4 clips held up with screws that are placed in slots milled into the underside of the granite countertop, and a glue/sealer between the sink and granite. This may have been adequate if not for a garbage disposal and the fact that the cabinet has a little hinged utility drawer in front of the sink making it impossible to support it in that entire area. That noted, we couldnt use the center mount that was included with this kit either, but the two side supports seem to be doing a great job by themselves. These parts are very sturdy and made well, IMHO. I was impressed with the weight and heft when I unpacked them. There is peel and stick glue-tape on the mounting brackets to hold them to the cabinet wall after you place them and before you screw them in, which is a huge help in installation. Its still a task with many frustrations, mainly from lack of accessibility under a sink with existing pipes and a garbage disposal, but we managed to mount them and tighten everything together after the caulk/sealer was applied. Hooray! It looks like a successful project completed! Fortunately, our double sink was a tight fit in the cabinet and the walls were close to the edges so the angle for mounting these was pretty ideal. We were able to fit the braces between the original clips and tighten them up as well so, hopefully, the combination will be adequate to support the weight even without the front sink support. There are other options that Ive seen in my research, if needed, that could be added, like a brace under the disposal or sink basins. I will update my review if there are any changes or failures with this kit. I would strongly recommend it at this point and, if youre a DIY-type person, that you would be able to install it yourself. Otherwise, Id advise a handymans assistance. 5 stars at this point!

> 3 daySo after seeing a video on YouTube for this it looked like the perfect solution. That said, for my install the arms were too bulky/awkward to work with the tight space I had. The arms kept flopping down and because there is a lot of play side to side in how they are connected if you need to approach your sink at an odd angle they basically slide out of place. I avoided the simpler other types of these kits on Amazon thinking they would be cheap junk but really I think their simpler design (only allowing movement up and down, not side to side) would allow for less play and a better install in tighter areas.

> 3 dayWe had not one but two undermount sinks in our kitchen renovation 10 years ago. The main sink dropped 5 years ago and the prep sink soon followed. Did the best cosmetic caulking job I could and we just lived with it. I even considered tearing out the granite and starting over. Then I found these exquistely engineered little pieces of hardware on Amazon. Bought one kit for each sink. The actual hardware installation only took about 5 minutes a side. Resealed with clear silicone and adjusted the sinks back into place. What a joy! Thanks for this incredible product!

> 3 dayMy sink came with mounting hardware that required me to drill holes to the underside of the cabinet. I really didnt want to do that or spend money on tools Im only going to use once. I feel like the screws could eventually come loose from the countertop. Also, I wanted an easy way to remove the sink if I ever wanted to replace it or do any kind of repairs. So, I gave this a shot even though it says it is a sink repair system. I figure if it can support 680lbs, then it should work as a sink install system. Can I use this never fall system without the sink mounting hardware? I hope so. Maybe the company can chime in on this. Anywho, it has been about 2 weeks since I installed it. You need roughly 2-2.5 inches on both sides for the thing to fit. It seems sturdy enough, but I havent been able to put it under any kind of stress since the water is not yet hooked up. I couldnt use the extra support bracket because I dont have anything in the front to attach it to. Company said it would be fine, so I hope they are right. I may end up adding in some wood support. Only complaint at the moment is that turning the turnbuckle can become difficult if there isnt enough clearance on both sides. I couldnt ensure that I had fully hand-tightened it because my hand didnt fit in the gap. The only way I could test was to wiggle the turnbuckle to see if it moved. I will update to see if it holds up after I start using the sink.

12-04-2025When I noted that the glue holding the under sink had separated from the counter, I thought that I would have a difficult job on my hand to make it right again. Until I was told about these sink repair devices. Upon looking at the items, I knew that they would do the job for me and it was a no brainier to get sink repair system. It only took some new adhesive, a drill/screwdriver and a steady hand to place the item in place. A few hours for the adhesive to dry and the sink is better than new. I would recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.
