This projector is great for a backyard movie night! I originally bought another projector from Vankyo that was a little cheaper and it was horrible. I am very pleased with this projector, but I do wish it had a carrying case.

I did not do my research and bought this and researched after the fact. I have this hooked up by HDMI from my gaming rig. Other reviews rightly call this one of the brightest projectors with the lowest latency (vital to a gamer) in this price range. Glad I got it.

Product review for Nexigo PJ20 I highly recommend this product. Great projector for home entertainment with the family and friends, presentations, or just sitting back. The specs are satisfactory for the price and the builds screams quality. Comes with a nice remote that adjusts the focus aswell as the volume. Works great in lightly dimmed rooms, The main functions are easy to use. Picture quality: In a dark room, the picture quality is sharp, In a well-lit room, youll have decent picture quality but not as easy on the eyes. Fan noise: The fan is a bit loud as expected with a projector, this can be distracting. Internal Volume: Satisfactory, for small/medium size rooms. add a speaker or surround sound and youll feel as if youre at the theater ! This projector has the following ports. Outputs: There are 2 HDMI, 2 USB, 1 AV, and 1 audio output. Great for connecting a streaming box or fire stick. Also great for Wi-Fi Mirroring straight from your phone, tablet or PC. Very happy about my purchase.

One of the standout features of this projector is its ease of setup, which can be completed quickly and effortlessly without the need for instructions. I was able to connect the projector to my iphone, pc, and iPad and have it up and running in less than 10 minutes. The user manual was also very helpful, providing detailed instructions for troubleshooting any potential setup issues. The projector also worked perfectly with my Roku stick, and I included a picture as proof. (The picture included is taken with my phone in the dark so the color looks off. The color looks much better in person. You can also adjust the color in the setting menu) The video quality is great and definitely meet the requirement of a home theater. Despite being a projector, the contrast remains strong even in the presence of low ambient light. The audio depends on the original quality of your audio. I used it to watch some music videos and the audio quality did not disappoint me. However, If the built-in speaker does not suit your fancy, connecting the projector to your home speaker via Bluetooth will always be an option. That’s what I choose to do, connecting it to my home theater speaker. The one downside to this projector is its fan noise, and it is the reason I connect the audio to my speaker. I take one star from my review because it can be quite loud, which can be distracting during quieter moments in movies or presentations. In a smaller room with you sitting closer to the projector this could be a problem. I am hoping there is a way this issue can be solved in the future line of products. Overall I would recommend this projector to people who want a simple & quality home theater but dont want to go through too much trouble setting it up. It is probably one of the best options in this price range considering one can set it up very easily and it is compatible to most of mobile devices we use at home.

I LOVE IT. Picture quality: 5/5 Sound quality: 4/5 (without extra speakers) Connection: 5/5 I use it for my own personal use. Its a little big, but not too big. Its super easy to connect to. Works with all types of different devices and dosent have too much latency. Very good for the price. Remote works pretty well. If looking for a projector, this is the one to buy for the price, quality, latency, and sound.

Quality of the picture is very good and it maintains the quality if we zoom also..Brightness is well enough for the decent light ambience.Sound is very good and I like the clarity..Overall very much impressed...

For the price I guess its okay. It is super cool, but the bluetooth and airplay options don’t really work that well. It works best when connected with an HDMI cable to a computer or laptop. It is such a big screen though so definitely cool.

Update (12/1/2022): Issue below turned out to be a short-term hiccup. Its back to its normal operation, which is to say good, if not bright, picture, and very loud fan. Again, for the money, its reasonable, as long as you know what youre getting. Update (11/16/2022): Turned it on today to find some pretty obvious vertical lines running across the entire screen. No idea why, and Ive let it run for a bit to see if maybe this was a product of the room getting colder, but lines are still there. Unfortunately, its outside the return window, so I guess Ill have to live with it until Im ready to replace with something better. As I noted originally, its cheap, so I knew going in that I was taking a chance. Given what I know now, I would not purchase again. If you want a projector for something where noise and reliability arent a big deal, I guess this might suit your needs, but I think most folks should consider saving up longer and buying something with better quality. Original review: Its a $200-ish projector. As long as your expectations are in keeping with that price, you probably wont be disappointed. I was able to get a pretty good picture with my pull-up projector screen, and gaming, even FPS, is responsive enough to not ruin the game. Speaker is not loud enough to be sufficient, particularly with the fan noise, so plan on some sort of external speaker or headphones. Biggest downside of this projector for me is that it uses a hinged fresnel lens to handle keystone adjustment, and the more adjustment you use, the more difficult it becomes to keep the entire screen in focus (at more extreme keystone adjustments, the top or bottom of the screen tends to go out of focus). In the end, I settled for leaving some slight keystoning in the image, in favor of better focus. Again, given the price, I dont really expect better, but if you want a perfect picture, youre going to need to look at something in a higher price range. Pros: - Nice picture (again, for the price) - Bright enough for my needs (dark room / basement) - Cheap Cons: - Difficult to focus, and nearly impossible to get all areas of the screen focused, particularly if youre using the keystone adjustment - LOUD! - Gets washed out quickly by just about any ambient light - Remote is very basic, and on-screen menus are usable, but not great

PROS: 1. Casting to my phone is very simple. 2. Picture resolution is good. 3. Features to align the projector with the walls are good. CONS: 1. Sound quality could be better. If using it in a wide space, you need to connect to an external speaker. 2. I had to clean the lens before using because there was an obstruction. This was a minor issue but still an inconvenience. 3. I think the cord is too small. Its barely 5-6 feet. If installing it on the ceiling, you need an external cord. 4. Batteries werent included in the remote. Again a minor issue, but another inconvenience.
