> 24 hourGot this as a comfort for my 18 year old cat who is struggling with the cooler months in New England. It provides a nice passive warmth and he loves it! I was a little concerned with it being on constantly but the build quality seems very solid and the temp constant. Although it’s not UL listed, it is listed with the European agency that performs equivalent safety assessments. I actually went so far as to contact them to verify the certification matched the product and it all checked out. Very happy with the product.

> 24 hourWhen I got it, I noticed that the mat was pretty thin. I thought that it was fine, since I read that many other reviewers put blankets over it, since it would get pretty hot. However, the mat I received BARELY got warm, even on the highest setting. It also smelled slightly when I first opened it, so I would recommend airing it out at first. Maybe in a cooler environment, my cats would have used it. But my cats were more interested in the box and plastic it came in.

> 24 hourI have an 11lb cat and this mat is too small for it. This is a great product for smaller animals. Would be great for little puppies or kittens but not for adult size pets.

Cats are awesome
> 24 hourIts soft and warm! I bought 3 for my old cats and dog to keep warm in the drafty cold months. Big enough for 2 cats. Like the chew proof cord!

> 24 hourI keep my house pretty cool and my cat refuses to sleep in bed, preferring to stay downstairs where its the coldest. At first, I was skeptical that my cat would use this. The pad is sort of hard with a thin cloth covering. But after a couple days, he started using it. I recommend turning it on an hour before its needed to let it warm up. Also start with the default lower temps first and work your way up. If you set it to high and its too hot, your pet may decide to avoid it altogether. Ive found that when its above freezing and like 65 degrees downstairs that the 4th level is good. Otherwise, I leave it in the default 3rd level.

Terry Story
> 24 hourI havent had this thing long enough to know how long it will last or how chew proof it is or how easy it may be to clean, but I can tell you that of my three dogs, one of which is a 12 pound poodle and a second is a 45 pound Heinz 57, they love the darn thing and although they dont fight over it, they do go to it when it is not occupied by the other. Right now the big dog is in the dog bed where I put the matt, and the little dog is on the couch right above him in the dog bed, and you can bet that as soon as the big dog moves, the little one will take his place in the bed to lay on the matt. It is just right for the warmth that it provides for them, and it is so good that I think that I may have to buy a second or maybe even a third one to accommodate all three of my dogs. The only one that doesnt go directly to the bed and the matt is my youngest female terrier, and for whatever reason she doesnt seem that attracted to it, at least not yet!
