Noctua NF-A14 FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (140mm, Brown)

What else can you expect from Noctua other than an excellent product. These are incredibly quiet but still do a great job moving air.

As usual. makes barely no fan noise. installed on node 804.

most quiet fan i have ever heard,works very well.will help cool my graphics card more.

I currently have 1 NF-A14 FLX in my Fractal design Define R4 as an exhaust, along with 2 stock white fans came with the case as front intakes. Im also using the built-in voltage controller to change speeds of all 3 fans. The switch has 7V, 10V, 12V options. If I switch the controller down to 7V and boot up the machine, this fan will struggle to start a turn. It just ticks a little, falls back, and repeats. But the other 2 stock fans will start as normal.

I heard so many great things about Noctua fans and decided to give them a try. Everything that is said about them is 100% true, these are greats fans! In the box you get the fan (obviously!), extension cable, 2 low noise adapters, and rubber mounting screws. Moves plenty of air while staying whisper quiet. A tad on the expensive side but well worth the cash. After all, you get what you pay for!

Its quiet. It uses pwm. It pushes air out. Thats what I bought it for. It really looks great in my haf xm. Just happy I got it quickly and got it for under $25.

Awesome fan! Mine had a loud sound than the stock case fans but it pushed the air really really hard. So I decided to go into bios and set the fan manually at 70%. It ran as quiet as the rest and still pushed the air better. At one point I was sitting with my sister while putting my hand on top of the case where this fan was installed and said It is cooler than an AC! I think if you put a drink there it could actually keep it cool but dont do that and risk getting your pc wet XD

The fan pushes a decent amount of air, even on Ultra Low. My only complaint. are that it is audible on every fan setting. This is mostly due to the mechanical noise coming from the motor. Even on Ultra Low, you can still hear and audible noise coming from just the motor. It sounds like a buzzing sound, that is always going on.

Had more vibration than I expected. Airflow is good.

I was reluctant to spend $20 on a fan. Im used to paying half of this. but its so quiet!!!! i used to be annoyed when my PC refused to enter sleep mode, the fan noise was noticeable. but now, i can fall asleep with the PC on, cuz this fan is so quiet!
