Noctua NF-A15 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (140mm, Brown)

There are less expensive fans out there and even more cheaper fans. I havent tried every fan on the market because Im not made of money but out of the fans Ive bought not only for computer cases, various CPU cooler and other projects these Noctua fans are great. I dont mind the colours but some people really dont like the usual Noctua colour scheme. I truly enjoy the near silence of these fans even when running at full speed. I bought one of their massive CPU cooling towers but with only one fan. Decided later to add the second fan just to see if it would help. I didnt really need it but with how quiet the first fan was I figured it wouldnt hurt to throw in a second one and see what happened. Even with the two fans I have to try to hear them. My cases fans are louder and are from a different manufacturer that are also supposed to be almost silent but arent as quiet as the Noctuas.

What should have been a super quick install turned into a very annoying experience because of the way they have designed clips that need to be slide into place on the corners of the fan. Instead of some easy design it is an extremely tight fit. Way waaaaay to tight to the point I ended up breaking part of the bracket but the fit is so tight it didn’t matter. The corner pieces are there so you can select whether u want the fan to stand off from the frame of the pc case slightly or sit flush but they should be able to be slipped into place much easier in a similar fashion to the super ease of the fastener they use instead of screws. Other then that once fan is installed it is very quiet.

So I bought two of these and only one worked I was going to take it back but I never did so Im out the money which kind of sucks cuz I love their products

Im sure this is an excellent fan, but potential buyers should be aware that this doesnt fit in a standard 140mm fan space.

It is incredibly quiet. Keeps my cpu rather cool. Looks elegant and stands out in my case from all my other hardware. It makes me wish I had hardware that could match its aesthetic.

This fan seems to be really high quality. The airflow is excellent, low noise, no vibration...

Quality construction and very quiet. I recommend Noctua to all my friends and this fan does not disappoint. Use air filters as these guys push a lot of air and you can have your computer be an airpurifier/computer 2 in 1!

I bought the NOCTUA NF-A15 PWM fan as a second fan for my NOCHUA NH-U14S TR4-SP3 heatsink. Fan is big enough it may not fit in your case, so I recommend a full size case. Fan is quality and comes with a 6 year warranty. Highly recommended.

Quiet fan for a Noctua CPU Cooler.

I bought this as an add-on for my Noctua heatsink that only came with one of these. A great fan for a great heatsink.
