> 3 dayI swapped this into my Noctua D14 for a slight boost in airflow. Keeps my temps way down on my old Intel 980X rig.

> 3 dayI own an old NZXT Phantom mid-case, the case advertises that it can hold 140mm case fans on the top portion of the case, which it does but then the top case wont close properly. This is due to the weird slant the case has which gets caught on one of the case fans corner.

> 3 dayAny serious computer enthusist knows noctua makes good fans. Expensive but good. I bought these fans thinking they would go over my H100i liquid cooler. It does not. They are too big to go side by side. Not the products fault but my own for not measuring. So I have a push pull now. One on top right and one on lower left. Works out good but doesnt look all that amazing.

> 3 dayThis fan is quite and has a lot of power of moving air. It 4 pin (pwm) fan makes it excellent for it to be attached to the mobo if you dont have a fan controller.

> 3 dayWanted to replace my Hyper 212+ fan with something that had potentially more performance but was also quieter that the stock fan. After days of research I noticed that the best air coolers were always Noctuas. This fan is used on their highest performing cooler the NH-D15. The beauty of this fan is that the mounting holes are spaced just like a 120mm fan even though it is 150mm. These two reasons are why I bought it plus there was an open box buy for $15 on Amazon.
