> 3 dayOn par with my corsair h150i pro for performance at 1000 rpm, and the corsair had 3 fans + a pump, and the pump is a very whiney frequency. At less than half the price of the h150i pro, the c14s is a great buy. If your case doesnt have side panel vents, make sure to put the fan on the bottom so you dont choke the airflow by having the fan right up against the glass.

> 3 dayUsed with high end i7 processor. Concerned about the height because i had to ship th esystem after it was built, but no issues. It screws down to the motherboard vs snaps which is good. There is some flex if you need to bend the pipes a little. One thing to note on my Asus motherboard, it does block 2 of the memory banks. So i had to install before i put on this cooler. Other than that A+

Greater than one weekAs usual, Noctua makes another great product. They clearly has the easiest installation of any cpu cooler manufacturer out there, I wish other companies would copy them. I’ll recommend any noctua cooler just based on ease of installation alone.

Greater than one weekUpgraded my firewall appliance to an i7-4770K to make full use of the throughput provided by my new 500/500 Mbps internet connection. Running Prime95 or AIDA64s System Stability Test saw temps that were alarmingly high so I replaced the cooler I had on the outgoing CPU (an i5-4570T) with this and like every other system of mine that has been graced by a Noctua cooler the temps came right down to comfortable values.

> 3 dayWorks well in a 4U case (fan under). Looks nice, does a decent job cooling, not as good as my bigger DH, but is more then adequate for cpus pushing around 115W TDP.

> 3 dayIf youre dead set in using the Silverstone GD09 HTPC case, then this is the best air cooler you can get. This case doesnt support water-cooling radiators, I think they have a newer case that support it.

Greater than one weekInstalled this with an Intel Quad Core i7 processor and then tested out how well the system holds up with a really good OC (over clock) ..... Wow the system does NOT heat up at all even under a really tough OC ..... take a likin and keeps on tickin ... glad that I got this as I normally do water cooling for extreme OCs but this Noctua is incredible and now I highly recommend it to anyone!!!!!
