11-06-2025Every CPU cooler I have ever purchased came with a back-plate, even coolers much cheaper than this one. This expensive cooler does not! They expect you to use the old back-plate that comes with your motherboard. Thats all fine, but my previous cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO which is a great cooler, but I have my old back-plate in storage someplace and it would be a nightmare to locate. Why not just include a back-plate like everyone else? They include an Intel back-plate, but not an AMD. I had to go to the hardware store to jerry-rig it to work. Aside from that, this is a good cooler, although overpriced. The reason I wanted this cooler is so it will cool the VRMs and northbridge.

> 3 dayUsed on a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU in a Cooler Master NR200 case. Substantially lower temps on both idle/low load and stress test.

> 3 dayCuando los instales te recomiendo quitar el ventilador, por que en las aletas de aluminio tiene un par de huecos para atornillar la base del cooler, pero el ventilador tapa uno de los huecos no importa en que posicion lo coloques. Me redujo unos 10 grados del ryzen 2600x comparado con el cooler de fabrica

> 3 dayIncluded mounting system is very simple and easy to install. Fits snugly in my Cooler Master NR200, and can easily keep my Ryzen 7 5800X under control at stock speeds. Included fan is reasonably quiet for such a large setup.

Greater than one weekHave it In a corsair crystal 460x case cooling a 3820 I7. Temps are 50c on load, they occasionally. go up to 52-53. Also have it on a i7 7700k in a Corsair 750d plenty of room. Keeps temps around 71 on max load. I dont have any other coolers to compare to as this is the only one I ever buy.
