21-11-2024Der Kühler Noctua NH-D15 ist die Oberklasse! Ersetzt wurde ein Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 zur Kühlung eines AMD FX8350. Dieser wurde unter Volllast beim Arctic 69 Grad heiß. Der Noctua kühlt den FX8350 ohne Mühe mind. 21 Grad kühler; pendelt sich bei 48 Grad ein. Das ist bei dem Hitzkopf FX8350 eine Hausnummer. Die Montage war recht aufwendig, da die beiligende englische Beschreibung etwas undetailliert ausgefertigt ist. Nach ca. 2 Stunden Einbauzeit wurde der Kühler sofort nach dem ersten Start erkannt. Die Montage erfolgte bei mir auf einem Asus M5A97 R2.0 so, dass er Luftstrom ausgegehend von der HDD in Richtung der Gehäuserückseite fließt. Hier kühlt er sogar das Mainboard sowie die HDD mit. Der Kühler ist sehr Groß, passte jedoch in mein Standard ATX-Gehäuse rein. Hier sind noch einige mm Platz zur Grafikkarte und zur HDD. Die beiligende Wärmeleitpaste ist ebenfalls Qualität; sie bringt im Vergleich zur MX-4 einen Temperaturunterschied von 2 Grad. Wer also einen leistungsstarken & leisen Kühler sucht und nicht auf den letzten Euro schaut, sollte hier unbedingt zuschlagen, denn dieses Gerät stellt alles bisherige in den Schatten. Das ist der Porsche unter den Volkswagen!

> 3 dayPut this on an i7-4970k that was getting too hot even though not overclocked. Great build quality and packaging. Under full load, CPU now never breaks 70, and that is with only one of the fans running. Clears my DIMMS just fine, but in my case (BitFenix Prodigy M) its not possible to install all 4 3.5inch drives without modifying the hard drive bracket to provide more clearance. Not a big deal, and somewhat expected given how large this thing is....

> 3 dayThis cooler is fairly easy to install, and works great. Though, without installing the second fan it is impossible to install the ram in the first slot and makes it harder to install the second slot, for my motherboard anyway. I would just keep it in mind that half of the heat sink and possibly the second fan will hang over your ram making it difficult to access the 2 or 3 slots closest to the cpu.

> 3 dayCe radiateur est un tueur, jai même baissé encore la vitesse de rotation à des vitesses allant de 200 à 400 tours minute, inaudible même dans un boitier ouvert (Thermaltake 5) posé à 30cm de ma tête... à recommander, tout est passif ou semi-passif dedans pourtant station de montage vidéo 4K notamment... le processeur est super bien refroidi, 10 degrés de moins quavec un ventirad dorigine, ici un Intel i7-8700K. Noctua comme dhabitude sur 100% de mes PC pour un quasi 0db ou du moins inaudible à 10cm.

> 3 dayThe CPU fan was easy to install, has a special screwdriver and thermal paste inside, is silent, and as for now the temperatures are nice (Around 30 idle, 60gaming), only when tying cinabench, it goes near 95 at 3 minute mark, but this is a program that pushes CPU to its limits, so that is to be expected.
