NUMBER 1 SUPPLEMENT ON EARTH! IF YOU CANT THINK/REMEMBER, LIFE IS HARD. How can you live if you forget everything, how can you do a supplement protocol if you cant even remember to take it. If I had one supplement to give anyone on earth, it would be this first. If you cant reason, think, remember, anylyze and have proper brain function, How can you even try to live a normal life? I like these. They are very large though. Im able to take them and not burp up fishiness.

I started taking this fish oil without any diet but walking every day and doing yoga, I was 55, 148 pounds. Then I got my blood work done in September 2022, my lipid panel was all out of range, as well as my A1C. I started a healthy diet on September 2022, walking every day, doing yoga and add a citrus bergamot supplement for 3 months. I lost 10 pounds, now I am back to my regular weight of 138 pound. I am on my fifties. My total cholesterol went down by 6%, but still is out of range (243) My triglycerides went down by 40% now back into normal range (142), my A1C went down from 6 to 5.6 into normal range. I do not see changes in my blood work by just taking this fish oil. It is the best Ive tried because it is easy to swallow, no after taste or burps. It is on the expensive category. I cant talk about how it may benefit my joint pain. I still have joint pain. No changes regarding joint pain.
