Easy to swallow, even for someone that has always had trouble with large pills. High quailty fish oil and pleasant taste as well. Highly reccomend!!

Really like this product because it doesn’t make you burp fishy smell at all the actual capsule does have a smell in the bottle but not in taste!

I know Nordic Naturals to be a quality brand, but they removed the Triglyceride format notification on the bottle so I wasnt sure if it was the right one. After contacting customer service, who may have been a bit condescending, I was informed that all their Omega 3s come in the superior form now. Big, but easy to swallow and no fishy after taste.

It is hard to convey in words how much Nordic Naturals have helped my health in the past 14 years that I have been using them. The most important reason I spend $50+ USD on these supplements verses $6 USD on no-name fish pills is the strict oil quality reached through constant testing by Nordic Naturals. I feel confident that I am supplementing with healthy fish oil without heavy metals and/or toxins. There are plenty of online searches you can perform to find why Omega-3 fatty acids are great for our health so I can keep this review short. Back in the year 2006, I was encouraged by a nutritionist to take these to help with sport performance, endurance, muscle development & recovery. Within a short few months I discovered that these not only aided me in sports activities, but also eye health, skin texture, finger nail & nail bed improvement, elimination of joint pain, change in eye colour (your eye colour becomes more intense within a month and the whites of your eyes clearer), your hair texture improves, your ability to focus for extended periods of time improves, your blood sugar is more balanced throughout the day, memory improves (literally our memories are built with fatty acids & electrochemical pulses), average resting heart rate reduces, food cravings vanish, and your whole body relaxes, sleep becomes more restful, and sex more enjoyable. I could go on, but you get the point, these are more than useful; these even work well for animals with arthritic joints (research the dosage for your pet if you so choose). Lastly, since Omega-3 fish pills have a slight blood thinning effect, add them to your medication list when you are speaking with your medical providers. Also, if you are already on blood thinning medication OR if you are a petite human, note that increased bruising might occur and you may need to customize the dosage. If you are on a blood thinner, your doctor might reduce and eventually remove the blood thinner prescription as long as you are consistent about taking Nordic Naturals Omega-3s. When/If you ever stop supplementing these Ultimate Omega-3s to evaluate whether they are truly working, you will notice within approximately 7-to-10 days that your mood feels off, joint pain will return, and the whole list of issues from above returns. We truly are what we eat. These Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega-3s are worth every penny and it is exciting that you are about to discover what I did so many years ago.

I take Omega 3 regularly for health purposes. This product is pure, highly rated, price is doable.

I have used this brand of fish oil on and off over the years. It is a well established brand. It does not upset my somach. I can not say it is better per se than others. What I can say is that in about 3 months since my last order, it has increased about 20% in price. To me that is crazy, as it was already expensive. I can not support that.
