No smell or taste

I was talking to my eye doctor about how dry my eyes are and it’s hard to wear contact lenses all day. He recommended me to start taking some omega 3 supplements, and this is the specific brand he recommended. It’s been a little over a month now since I started taking them. I take one in the morning and one at night, and I do feel some improvement with my dry eye. I wish the pills were a bit smaller so it would be easier to swallow but I like this one because it’s not fishy whatsoever, especially after it dissolves in my stomach. The capsules also has a bit of lemon taste which I like.

I have considered fish oils for years but always kind of give up halfway through my research because there are SO many kinds, claims and so many price points! I never understood what is the BEST value? Is it good quality or poor quality? At one point when I was taking my Prenatal vitamins a couple years back I had fish oils with pair with them. I tried two separate kinds and can not remember the brand or price. I just remember the burp back made me sick and I stopped taking them after a second bottle because they were so bad. The oils were very small too so I was shocked at how a little oil could be so nasty. A doctor recommended these to me when I had a scare back in February I swore I had pneumonia but I was just sick, not sure with what. I have asthma and he was telling me this helps with inflammation associated with asthma but also can improve lung function. I told him WHICH ones do I take? I was starting to feel heart palpitations when I would try to sleep and Im convinced that these have helped. My skin has more of a glow and even my dry eyes feel much better. I dont think I could ever stop taking these now that Ive started. So glad I was recommended these.

So far I love the taste and easily dissolves in water. Makes drinking water much nicer. Can’t wait for the results!

I’m in disbelief how well this product work and it’s been only 5 days.I ordered the toddlers formula for my 2 1/2 year old Granddaughter that was diagnosed with mild Autism. I seen so an 99.9% improvement in her I had to get me a bottle.
