Love this product. Drink it everyday. Helps with lowing my cholesterol.

Update 09/18/22 For those curious as the potency I am taking daily its 2660mg a day. I have read many different articles on what you should take for different ailments. This amount has helped my pain and inflammation. The original 1280 worked but increasing the mg really helped reduce pain. I believe the recommendation for pain is around 3000 daily I have been taking this for 4 months. This has helped so much with pain and inflammation. I stopped taking NSAID medicine which has alot of harmful side effects because this has helped so much. I am not sure about cholesterol as I havent had a blood test since. The health benefits of this alone is worth the higher price. Good for liver, kidneys, lower blood pressure, good for mental stability and depression, cholesterol, inflammation and pain, over all cells within the body. So many health benefits. This brand is the best I have tried. I barely have any burps if any, no acid problems considering I have acid reflux health issues. I freeze the tablets which I also heard helps. This is the only brand I will take now after trying others. I havent found one better and thats why this is rated 1 on Amazon.com

Really like this product because it doesn’t make you burp fishy smell at all the actual capsule does have a smell in the bottle but not in taste!

First, Im not sure why pain relief is listed as a category for which stars can be awarded for this product- I dont believe its indicated to be effective for use in such a manner. Ive been supplementing with this specific brand and type of Omega 3s for about nine or so years now. I find that the main benefits I receive are a noticable stabilization of my mood swings (Im diagnosed bipolar, and prefer to take the least amount of pharmaceutical drugs as possible), and a lessening of brain fog (I also have fibromyalgia). The other benefits are subtle- you cant exactly pin down what they are, but you definitely notice when youre not taking them. When Ive gone through difficult financial times in the past I would give up other things in order to continue taking this- its effects are not dramatic, but they make a big impact on my quality of life. This being said, they are quite large pills, and may be difficult for some to swallow, but the company makes a version of Omega 3s that comes in much smaller pills, so theres an option for those who have difficulty with the large size of many supplements.

When i take fish oil, which i have daily for over ten years, i need to be able to swallow it easily and not taste it. These are the ones. Consistently good product. Plus i believe my hair and skin (and hopefully eyes) are so healthy because of it

I was so pleased that there is no after taste, no burps. The pill is a bit large but slick enough to go down easily.

I like that my breath doesn’t smell like tuna when I take this lol. I also like that it’s in a bottle that light can’t get through as well as the back of the bottle clearly stated the source of fish(es).
