These are some of the best fish oils Ive personally used. With these you will feel the difference. These help with my cognitive ability. Feel sharper and helps with memory. I also notice a slight increase in energy that helps with overall mood. Everyone is different but Im telling you if your looking for those wanted benefits from using fish oils then look no further. I have tried a lot of other brands and nothing compares.

I have considered fish oils for years but always kind of give up halfway through my research because there are SO many kinds, claims and so many price points! I never understood what is the BEST value? Is it good quality or poor quality? At one point when I was taking my Prenatal vitamins a couple years back I had fish oils with pair with them. I tried two separate kinds and can not remember the brand or price. I just remember the burp back made me sick and I stopped taking them after a second bottle because they were so bad. The oils were very small too so I was shocked at how a little oil could be so nasty. A doctor recommended these to me when I had a scare back in February I swore I had pneumonia but I was just sick, not sure with what. I have asthma and he was telling me this helps with inflammation associated with asthma but also can improve lung function. I told him WHICH ones do I take? He named a very few and one was Nordic Naturals. I found it very easy to research Nordic Naturals with so much information from their website, reviews and even the information my doctor gave me. Heres some information I learned *no detectable lead or mercury *Freshness is crucial for several reasons. I was starting to feel heart palpitations when I would try to sleep and Im convinced that these have helped. My skin has more of a glow and even my dry eyes feel much better. I dont think I could ever stop taking these now that Ive started. So glad I was recommended these.

For whatever reason, Amazon wont allow a return OR a refund on this item. Ive purchased it before and its always fine. The capsules are large but I dont have trouble with them. The latest shipment arrived and appears normal, but all the capsules are stuck together in the bottle - I have a really difficult time just getting one of them out. And for the first time, they smell fishy. That is unusual for this product and its part of why I like it - no fishy odor or taste. Not this batch. But I cant return it, and its not inexpensive.

No bad smell, breath or burps. I think some unsatisfied people are not taking with food as directed. It does take 4 daily, instead of two, to achieve recommended daily amount of Omega 3. Solid product; recommend.
