I have used these at work several times. They work well provided they are applied correctly.

Always buy two male sure it comes om a pair like this seller. Unless its shrapnel or a knife wound gsw like to go in and out.

They are instructors that care about saving lives not about advertising a product so I was very comfortable buying this product after my training. This product is folded and makes it easier to make it fit in my medical pouch. I dont write reviews but I believe people looking for the best chest seal out there should know that this is the best product available in the market. For safety reasons I can not talk about my profession and agency I work for. They also recommended QuickClot combat gauze, Israeli bandage, cat tourniquet and medical scissors.

Have not used yet thankfully. Packaged well and easy to carry on ankle IFAK.
