NOW L-lysine 500 mg, 250 Capsules

We have used L-Lysine for years at the first tingling of an on coming canker soar I take 2 or 3 and never come to a full soar, if I dont catch it right away it starts then gotta keep after the L-Lysine for a couple of days till its goes away it is also very good for your skin I am 72 and I get lots of compliments on my skin.

use this for my cats eyes, relieves any symptoms of dry irritated red eyes. I have been using Lysine for over 20 years to prevent cold sores. I eat a lot of sunflower seeds and it seems they can cause sores. It could be coffee and tea also. While I don’t know the complete reason for my cold sores Lysine helps. I take it at night. I like the capsules. They are easier to swallow than the larger regular pills.

I used to get cold sores at least every other month but after discovering l-lysine i have not not got them in six months this is what works for me and i do it every single day 1- 1000mg tab at 12am 1-1000mg tab at 12 pm 1-500mg tab before i brush my teeth when getting ready for work If i am at work 1-500mg tab every 2 hours If i am at home 1-500 mg tab every three hours I am not sure if this is safe (since i have no medical background) but this works for me i was tired of getting cold sores and this really works for me

This has done WONDERS for clearing up my skin! Im a 30 y/o female and have been dealing with some very persistent hormonal acne, particularly tiny white bumps/inflamed pores all over my face.
