Found out this and lip stuff mde from L Lysine works pretty good to stop cold sores ..2 nd bottle purchased

I struggled with hormonal acne and saw that this product was recommended for an off label use to treat it. I was in the middle of a nasty breakout along my chin when I started this product. Within 2 days all my active pimples started to dry up and go away. After about 10 days of use I didn’t have any break outs. I take one 500mg capsule three times a day (with every meal). This product has done an amazing job at keeping my hormonal acne away.

Prevents fever blisters

So i tried the same brand 1000 mg tablet and have choked every time I try to take it. I will happily go back to these capsules! I can double up if I’m having an outbreak, or I can open the capsule and put it in milk if my child is having one. It doesn’t hurt. It’s wonderful. In the late 1970s, I worked in a hospital laboratory. My job was computers in a white room, particulate matter, temperature and humidity controlled. Whatever youre taking Lysine for, these 500 mg CAPSULES by NOW are much smoother and easier to swallow then the 1000 mg. TABLETS. Just take two of these if you want 1000 mg dose; if not, take one. Also these work well for opening the capsule and sprinkling the powder into applesauce or fruit juice if you or a loved one--or pet--cant swallow capsules or tablets. Lysine works well for so many things, especially for preventing Shingles outbreaks, cold sores, or Herpes outbreaks.

Went through a 10 year span where I was getting one cold sore after another. I purchased a bottle of this product to see if it would give me any relief. I took one-a-day til the bottle was empty and never got another cold sore. Once the bottle ran out and I failed to replenish my supply, the cold sores returned. I wont make that mistake again..

My son used to get fever blisters (a lot) that I’d treat with expensive creams and ointments. I researched so much until I found this!
