I have had a hard time finding L-Lysine in high dose capsules so I was very happy to find this product at such a reasonable price.

This is not a review for L-Lysine. If youre reading the reviews, I suspect youve done the necessary research on the health benefits of l-lysine supplementation. This is a review of Nutricost L-lysine: First, these are capsules, not tablets. That means they are easier to swallow and easier to digest. If were taking l-lysine, we want it to flood our system as quickly as possible. Capsules will release lysine much more rapidly than tablets. Second, this is absolutely, gram for gram, the least expensive brand of Lysine. Some products simply are, regardless of brand. L-Lysine simply is, regardless of brand. Its a large bottle and will last quite a while.

The quantity its amazing!

After years of taking l-lysine in horse pill size, it was nice to finally have a capsule that was easy to swallow and you did not choke on.

I had mouth soars after my thyroid surgery. These relieved that. I haven’t had anymore. My daughter is a nurse and recommend these. I am so glad she did!!!

These are great and easy to swallow. You do have to take 2 to get the 1000mg but otherwise I like them

The description on the bottle is misleading. It is large bottle with 500 mg not 1000 mg pills as showed on the front of the bottle. Very disappointing.

I use L-Lysine to keep cold sores away. This particular brand is a large capsule, but it is easy to swallow. If you get cold sores, I highly recommend taking one daily.

Love this because of the quantity for the price and the ones I had before purchased at local grocer were so big and not capsule so I had s hard time swallowing and stopped taking them until I got these.
