> 24 hourThe Label and the above written description by Amazon can be misleading. The way I read it. The tablets are 1,000 mg. But - They are not. After deciphering the back label. Theyre only 500mg per tablet. Amazon and the 3rd party company should up date theyre labeling. The customer should know what theyre buying/paying for. I wont buy this again...I feel it was intentional.

> 24 hourHappy to find these online. They have been part of my daily health regimen for years. Love shopping on Amazon instead of traveling 45 miles to our nearest larger town to shop.

> 24 hourI use L-Lysine to keep cold sores away. This particular brand is a large capsule, but it is easy to swallow. If you get cold sores, I highly recommend taking one daily.

> 24 hourI received Nutricost Lysine yesterday. Lysine has been on my to try list for a while. I believe this is a good buy since it is non-gmo and a capsule will dissolve better than a tablet. I expect I will make more purchases from this company and Amazon. Thank you. Rm

> 24 hourThis is the only company that does not list the amount of product in each capsule. It is very misleading. It says Nutricost L-Lysine 1000 mg, 500 capsules suggesting that you get 500 capsules with 1000 mg in each capsule. Not so. There is only 500 mg per capsule. The devil is in the fine print: 1000 mg is per serving (which is 2 capsules). Most people can figure out that there are only 500 mg per capsule from this, but the overall label and large letters misleads consumers to think each capsule has 1000 mg.
