Using l - lysine to get back muscle that I lost in a spill at work and rebuild my shoulder and arm muscles.its great when using with a good exercise program and it help in muscle building along with protein and eating well. Does it’s job well.

This is my second bottle I have purchased. I was happy with my first purchase, but the pills are large and can be hard to swallow. This photo and the two star rating is from my second experience with them. I ordered a second bottle so I could have one on hand when my first ran out. My husband stopped using it daily, so it lasted longer than planned. When I opened this bottle last night, I removed the plastic seal around the lid and found that the metal seal had been broken and was connected to the inside of the lid, along with half of a pill. It smelled like a firecracker had gone off inside the jar and melted the outer edge of the lid. It is past the return time, but I thought it was worth letting the seller know. All they said was “the return policy of 30 days has passed. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I had to run to the store to get more. I am not happy with their service and will not be purchasing more from this seller: eSupplements.
