I take this product to lessen shingle’s outbreaks

The freeform caplets can be hard to find happy to find these at this dose and quantity.

You get your money’s with for this product. Beats having to take the huge tables I usually find in store.

After years of taking l-lysine in horse pill size, it was nice to finally have a capsule that was easy to swallow and you did not choke on.

First time I’ve ever purchased any L-Lysine product but was told by a friend this was a good choice. I take one per day with 50 mg zinc, after a meal. They’re easy to swallow & I feel like I’m doing something good for my body.

I had mouth soars after my thyroid surgery. These relieved that. I haven’t had anymore. My daughter is a nurse and recommend these. I am so glad she did!!!

I have been taking Lysine for 35+ years. This manufacturer of Lysine does NOT work as it should. Very disappointed

I have always take L-Lysine and it can be really expensive. I am very happy with this product because it is reasonably priced for a good quality.

I have used L-Lysine for years and decided to try ordering it from Amazon instead of buying my usual kind at the store. I always get 1000mg pills and thought that was what I was ordering. They are actually 500mg with a 2 pill serving. That doesnt work well for me because I take at LEAST 1000mg at a time. I dont want to be taking 4 capsules on the days when I need 2000mg at a time. I realize I made an error in not reading as carefully as I should have, but I find this to be deceptive. Also, the inner seal is very difficult to get open, I had to use a knife even though there was a pull tab.
