These capsules are so easy to swallow compared to any other Lysine Ive ever purchased. They are a great value for the amount of lysine per capsule/price. I use lysine to suppress mouth cold sores in the summer due to sun exposure and they really seem to be working great!

Would have been a good buy, but the deal was discolored and looked like water damage so I had to toss the entire bottle. The storage conditions and quality control perhaps needed to be looked at for that batch.

Easy to swallow

I take L-Lysine for my Epstein Barr virus. Sometimes I would have 2 - 3 consecutive days where I couldnt get off the sofa, had no energy, and no motivation. Since using this particular product, I have not any sick days.

These are great and easy to swallow. You do have to take 2 to get the 1000mg but otherwise I like them

I purchased this as an alternative to the huge tablets that Lysine usually comes in. The tablets are usually hard to swallow. These capsules are easy to swallow, but even easier to break open to put on food or in a drink, or even to give to a cat on their food! They are tasteless as well, so I dont try to avoid having to take them. Would definitely purchase again, especially at this reasonable price point.
