Love this because of the quantity for the price and the ones I had before purchased at local grocer were so big and not capsule so I had s hard time swallowing and stopped taking them until I got these.

While this L-lysine might be good for certain conditions such as virus protection, taking it every day was not the right thing for me. I took it for many days and then began experiencing pain in all my joints. At first I didnt realize why this was happening so I kept taking it. but I finally quit taking the l-lysine to see if this was the problem and after a few days I began to feel much better and the pain went away. I had really wanted to take this l-lysine because of its protection from viruses, but after this experience, I will not take this again, ever.

I have usef this for years. No fever sores at all.

Too big - Nutra-bio brand smaller size easier to swallow - I prefer paying a bit more to have a smaller size. Make sure to check size of pill. Good price if that’s not an issue

Bottle is enormous, too large to fit on my kitchen counter, but product does what I want, helps stop my shingles out breaks.

For vitamins & supplements, I like to use them for about a month before making my assessment. That being being said, I purchased & started using this product about a month ago, after reading about the benefits of l-lysine for acne & canker sores/mouth ulcers. I like that this product is a capsule & easy to swallow. It seemed to help with my acne the first week, but since then, my acne hasn’t improved & my mouth sores didn’t heal quicker than usual, which I was disappointed about. Also, it made me burp seconds after taking it. Every. Morning. So strange haha. Unfortunately, I just missed the date for the return policy so now I’m stuck with a big o bottle :(

I have been taking Lysine for 35+ years. This manufacturer of Lysine does NOT work as it should. Very disappointed

Capsules which can be hard to find. Easy to swallow.

These capsules are easy to swallow, no taste, so tummy issues. Whenever I feel a cold sore (which always comes from stress) coming on, I take three capsules, three times a day, and it is gone. These are good quality and very reasonably priced. I have a subscription so they are delivered on a regular schedule.
