> 24 hourThe Label and the above written description by Amazon can be misleading. The way I read it. The tablets are 1,000 mg. But - They are not. After deciphering the back label. Theyre only 500mg per tablet. Amazon and the 3rd party company should up date theyre labeling. The customer should know what theyre buying/paying for. I wont buy this again...I feel it was intentional.

Its still white, but much larger than a powder. Just different to me since I have been taking them for a very long time.
