My floors have never been so clean. Easily added to my Google Smart home. Cleans bird seed and dust great. Good suction power. Wanted because no camera or Lidar or camera for privacy concerns. Uses two apps on cellphone which I dont enjoy but again, the vacuum is great. Easily moved between hard floors to rugs.

I wrote a bad review because I thought the product stopped working but i put it away - didnt throw it out- and brought it back out 2 months later. I realized that I had never removed the clear film on the front of the vacuum so I did that and then recharged, downloaded the app and its working! Check that the adapter is properly plugged into the charging station because it does wiggle loose from time to time.

It doesn’t have as much suction power as my Robot but this one is just for my master bedroom, which doesn’t get as dirty as the rest of the house. At the price I paid I’m very happy with it. I can’t get the app to work though.

So to start off, it does pick up a good bit, but for some reason it only likes to stay in a couple rooms of my house. It does not clean parallel with my walls and leaves a little bit of stuff at the baseboards, dont know if its a calibration issue. It has some trouble getting onto my rug in the living room and its not a thick one. I do like it because it cleans a good bit of dog hair which I have plenty of. Its not meant to clean everything but it helps in between deep clean.

Pros: It is compact. it is one of the smaller diameter and thickness ones Ive found. It has good drive power, plenty of suction, decent battery life The autodocking and charging works well Cleans very well on hard surfaces Cons: The app is not very intuitive. It has some interesting programming features that could make for some fun custom schedules and automation, but that comes at a cost of ease of use. Careful where you place the dock. It seems to create a no-go zone around the dock station in which the robot will not enter while cleaning. Not very good on thick carpet. This robot does not have a brush bar, and leaves debris behind on carpet that it easily picks up on hard surfaces. I paid ~$100 on sale for mine, and I think its a pretty good value for that price. If you have mostly hard surfaces, and you dont care about all the latest bells and whistles, this is a good choice.

I bought the vacuum because of the price and the reviews a little under a year ago. It did pretty well especially given the price and overall I was very impressed. It was my first actual robot vacuum and it seemed to do the trick just fine for what I used it to do. Anyway, I went away for about six months to school out of town and came back to use it. The vacuum power button flashed red and beeped at me, which indicated a charging/battery problem. Since then I’ve contacted customer service through the phone, and they recommended I email them. I did so, and it took them almost a month to get back to me which is fine because I took a bit to respond. They asked me for the serial number and things of that nature which is also okay. The problem arose when they asked for my order number, which I can’t seem to find since I bought this thing back in early 2021. I notified them of this and they said it was required. So what I did was I bought another one of these vacuums and provided this new order number. They sent me an email yesterday asking me to open up the vacuum and check the motherboard. For the normal consumer this would probably be daunting and I’m confused as to why they’d ask this of me. However I did as they asked because I do like to get hands on with these type of things. There seems to be nothing wrong with the motherboard, however I noticed a serious design flaw. On this style of vacuum, it has been copied by numerous brands. Most of them actually have an easy to open compartment where you can pop out the old battery and replace it. The OKP however, does NOT. The only way you can access the battery is by taking the whole top off, disconnecting all the wiring connected to the motherboard, and pulling off the motherboard itself. That’s a huge hassle that could’ve been EASILY avoided by just putting in a battery compartment that the consumer can access. Overall I liked the vacuum and for the price it was great, until it wasn’t. I think I’ll try getting one elsewhere by a more well known brand next time.
