I bought the vacuum because of the price and the reviews a little under a year ago. It did pretty well especially given the price and overall I was very impressed. It was my first actual robot vacuum and it seemed to do the trick just fine for what I used it to do. Anyway, I went away for about six months to school out of town and came back to use it. The vacuum power button flashed red and beeped at me, which indicated a charging/battery problem. Since then I’ve contacted customer service through the phone, and they recommended I email them. I did so, and it took them almost a month to get back to me which is fine because I took a bit to respond. They asked me for the serial number and things of that nature which is also okay. The problem arose when they asked for my order number, which I can’t seem to find since I bought this thing back in early 2021. I notified them of this and they said it was required. So what I did was I bought another one of these vacuums and provided this new order number. They sent me an email yesterday asking me to open up the vacuum and check the motherboard. For the normal consumer this would probably be daunting and I’m confused as to why they’d ask this of me. However I did as they asked because I do like to get hands on with these type of things. There seems to be nothing wrong with the motherboard, however I noticed a serious design flaw. On this style of vacuum, it has been copied by numerous brands. Most of them actually have an easy to open compartment where you can pop out the old battery and replace it. The OKP however, does NOT. The only way you can access the battery is by taking the whole top off, disconnecting all the wiring connected to the motherboard, and pulling off the motherboard itself. That’s a huge hassle that could’ve been EASILY avoided by just putting in a battery compartment that the consumer can access. Overall I liked the vacuum and for the price it was great, until it wasn’t. I think I’ll try getting one elsewhere by a more well known brand next time.

My floors have never been so clean. Easily added to my Google Smart home. Cleans bird seed and dust great. Good suction power. Wanted because no camera or Lidar or camera for privacy concerns. Uses two apps on cellphone which I dont enjoy but again, the vacuum is great. Easily moved between hard floors to rugs.

If you’re looking for a fun little robot you can control with your phone that resembles a vacuum, then this might work. Setup was easy and the unit did a decent job of navigating around our house. The battery life was more than enough, but the vacuum itself isn’t as strong as the more expensive brands. Update: The manufacturer saw my review and jumped to action to replace the unit with one that works as planned. Customer service has been great and I’ll add more details once I can get the new one setup.

I bought this off of a whim because it was a todays deal. Didnt know the brand. I Love it. I posted the picture of the first time I tried it out. I have 3 cats and two dogs with hardwood floors and I was always sweeping. It did a great job. Even went under the table with all the chairs and came out. Went on the pats by the sink. It works great so far but only had it for two days. Great price.

Compared to all the similar products in the market , this is value for money ! . Only issue I see is when cleaning the second floor walkway in my house close to the stairs . When it hits the wall it reverses and then tips over the edge of the stairs . From there it is not able to recover and has fallen Dow the stairs . This is probably a software bug which the company needs to address

This was my first vacuum like this. I have all hardwood floors and it works great!! Ive been using it well over a year and it hasnt disappointed. The replacement filters are cheap and last a lot longer than expected even with daily use. It handles 2 people and 2 cats just fine!

For the price compared to the name brand, it does a pretty darn good job. I only used it bedroom at first which is about 15x15. There are plenty of obstacles and stuff under the bed that Im not sure of anymore but its down there. So I unboxed the robot and it seemed to be pretty solid. I set up the app and then the sweeper. It was pretty simple process. I let it charge up for a few hours. At 80% I couldnt stand it anymore and I opened the app and fired it up. Away it went. It ran back and forth. Bumping and turning. Zigging and zapping. It disappeared under the bed. It was under there about 5 minutes and finally it resurfaced. It ran around for about 20 minutes and I was curious what the dust cup looked like. OMG let me tell you. 20 minutes and this thing picked up dirt I didnt know I had. The cup was completely packed! I emptied it and it was amazing to see what it had picked up. I docked it and let it finish charging. I setup my schedule to run everyday after I leave for work. It runs for about an hour until it needs charged. Some other reviewers have mentioned that it doesnt pick up very well. They are made for bare floor and low pile carpet. And I will say its a must to use the app. The default setting is medium suction. Crank that baby up. It should leave the factory on high. So overall Ill impressed. I have 2 cats where this thing sweeps. Im thinking about ordering another for the lower level where we have 2 dogs. Its worth it!

Decent vacuum but it does have some caveats. For the price, I didnt expect it to do too much. I saw a lot of reviews that complained about it not picking up stuff on carpet. This model is meant for hardwood flooring only and maybe an extremely flat rug but other than that its pretty basic. It has a suction port. No brush so it wont pick up anything from carpet. Its fine for my use as I only have carpet one room. It took around 30 minutes to set up because it couldnt connect to my wi-fi for whatever reason. I ended up having to completely reset it to get it to find my wi-fi. It worked fine after that. For my 790 sq ft home, the cleaning cycle took about 40 minutes. The areas it cleaned in those 40 minutes were the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and bathroom. It doesnt seem to go in any particular order. It kind of bounces around in a area until it feels like its cleaned the whole area then it moves to the next area. It picks up well but you have to make sure you have all cords, shoes, etc put away because the vacuum will suck those right up. It did get stuck a few times and it mostly was able to get itself out from the area it was stuck in. I had to rescue it twice so far. Once from underneath the couch and once under the lamp as it happened to jump up onto a pile of cords. It actually beeps a few times to tell you it needs to be rescued. Thats a pretty decent feature. One feature I do have an issue with is once its done with the cleaning cycle, it has a hard time finding its charging base. The instructions state that if you move the base during the cleaning cycle or start the robot from an area other than the charging station, the robot will have a hard time finding the base. I dont find this to be true because my robot has started every cleaning cycle from the base and when the cleaning cycle ends, the vacuum goes everywhere but to its based. Sometimes it takes it a while to get docked if it finishes in another room or sometimes even near by. It roams around lost for 10 minutes before docking itself or me self docking it. Im not sure what the trick is to get it to dock in its place every time. Other than that, for the price, its decent. Its a decent vacuum to have for in between cleaning. Most certainly its not a replacement for a full size vacuum.

I don’t typically review products but feel compelled to share my experience with this product. I have wood floors all through my house and with pets theres always hair and things I have to sweep daily so I was looking for something to help with the mess. I didn’t want one of those expensive ones until I knew how it would work, so I ordered this one. I unboxed it and clicked the power button on the remote and off it went. I dont use the app and it took about a week to learn my house and find its way back to its station on its own. Its not able to climb up onto our big area rug in the living area, but thats fine Im not too lazy to manually vacuum it. This product is definitely worth it and works well. Its not a big vacuum so I dont expect it to perform like one.
