> 3 dayBought this for my downstairs and moved a Roomba upstairs. The good: it never gets stuck, but the Roomba did when it was downstairs. The bad: it doesnt pick up as much as the Roomba by a long shot. I emptied the Roomba every other day (Damn dog.) This one, empty once a week. Flooring is a mix of hardwood, tile and carpet. This is going to work best if you have hard floors. The Roomba has two beater bars that lift dirt out of carpet fiber. This one has two sweeper brushes that sweep surface dirt to be sucked up. Its great on the hardwood and tile, but not so much on carpet.

> 3 dayOverall, I really like this vacuum. The adjustable speed allows me to run it at a lower suction on my hardwood floors, increasing the length of cleaning cycles. It has a great battery life, cleaning for nearly 2 hours on a single charge! And it is far cheaper than most other robot vacuums I looked at. Additionally, the app is super responsive. If you click a button in the OKP Life app, the robot vacuum responds nearly instantaneously. (I have not noticed a difference in response times when using the app vs the remote.) My only complaint is that it is REALLY bad at docking (returning to home). At the end of a cleaning cycle, I have literally seen it wander around for 30+ minutes looking for its docking station. Just today, I watched it try to dock for about 20 minutes. (I was folding laundry and decided to just watch it try and fail to return to the charging base.) Seemingly it requires a direct line of sight to the base in order to dock. Thats already annoying, but worse yet, when approaching from the side, it tries to swing out before docking. Today, I was running it on my third floor/story, with the docking station directly across from the stairwell. It repeatedly rammed itself into the banister as it approached the docking station due to that swing-out behavior. If it wasnt for the fact that it takes forever for the vacuum to find its way home, I would give this a 5/5. Alas, that is super inconvenient, so I have to drop a star.

> 3 dayWas skeptical because of the price point but this thing really works. I have twin 2y/o and a dog, plus a back injury so this was an important purchase.

> 3 dayThis picks up a decent amount of my dogs hair. The biggest issue i have is I could not get it to connect to my internet or the app, no matter what I tried or help I got. So I have to manually turn it on when I want to fun it. It doesnt clean carpets well, but it does a good job extending the life of my deeper cleans of my hardwood floors.

> 3 dayI bought this vacuum because it was really low priced and had great reviews. It set up quickly and easily and the app is easy to use. It cleans wood and easily transitions and clean runners and carpets. We have a husky, a pit bull and 3 cats and it keeps our floor looking great and hair free. My dog had an accident in the house prior to the vacuum running and it worked so well that it tracked the poop all over my house, including onto my carpets. I basically drowned the vacuum in soap and water and was really worried it wasn’t going to recover but it still runs and cleans just as well as it did before. I just purchased another vacuum to run on the upstairs which is all carpet so hopefully it will work as well. Overall the is one of the best purchases I have ever made and although I never really leave reviews I knew I had to after the poop fiasco.

> 3 daySo I ordered this for my step daughter. Couldn’t beat the price. Then decided to order me one too. Hers came and was defective. The battery wouldn’t hold a charge and would work after being taken off the docking station. Called Amazon tech support as an option given just to make sure it was not operator error. It wasnt. So they tell me they can not send me a replacement but they can give me credit. I tell them “ok” cause I will just order another one. Mine came in and it works! Good to go! My problem here is now they jumped the price up $40 and now I’m screwed out of a deal. Pretty messed up. If they had just done the exchange I would not be having to pay extra. So my rating for this is 4 stars because of that. I’m gonna call and complain to Amazon as that was on them. Not the sellers fault. I went ahead and gave mine to my step daughter. But I’m still not happy I couldn’t get an exchange for the deal it was at!

So I got this almost year ago, loved it at the start, even got a 2nd one! And now they dont work. Wont charge anymore.. The first one died about 5mo in, and the last one last month.

> 3 daySo to start off, it does pick up a good bit, but for some reason it only likes to stay in a couple rooms of my house. It does not clean parallel with my walls and leaves a little bit of stuff at the baseboards, dont know if its a calibration issue. It has some trouble getting onto my rug in the living room and its not a thick one. I do like it because it cleans a good bit of dog hair which I have plenty of. Its not meant to clean everything but it helps in between deep clean.

> 3 dayI bought this after being influenced! We have a dog and I wanted something to be able to help with maintenance during the big vacuum cleanings. I have only had it for a week so it is hard to really comment, but so far, it works well! I have never had a robot vacuum before so I am not able to tell if some of the things are normal or specific to this model. An example is that when sending it home, it takes a few minutes and you look at it as if it will actually make it. It seems to go in the complete opposite direction, but eventually finds its way. It did seem to pick up the dog hair well and I like that I can control it via an app! I just hope that since we do have a dog and it is a cheaper version (which is not always bad), it will last to make it worth it. One thing that I am worried about is that the replacement pieces are out of stock on Amazon which might make it useless once the extra they provide wears out.

> 3 dayUPDATE: this thing quit working after 4 months. Contacted customer service via email (that’s the only way). It took them a week then two weeks to get back to me and then nothing They wanted pictures and video of what the vacuum lights were doing. Sent them. I don’t recommend buying any of their products because their customer service is terrible. I just bought a new one with a one year warranty from Walmart because I’ve been without a robo vac for six weeks and hate sweeping by hand. $250 on sale for $90. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Love how it gets the dog hair off our kitchen floor but we can’t sync it up to the app on either my iPhone or my husband’s android. We have 5G internet. We were told we’d have to switch it to 2.4 Gigahertz to get the vacuum to work with the app. Ummmm-what? We just push the power button and let it do its thing without using the app. It’s cheap because it runs on old technology but it does get up the dog hair and that collects daily. We don’t use on our carpet because we have a Great Pyrenees and her hair will fill it up almost instantly from where she lays. We’ll keep it but could be more functional with the basic current technology.
