09-06-2025Compared to all the similar products in the market , this is value for money ! . Only issue I see is when cleaning the second floor walkway in my house close to the stairs . When it hits the wall it reverses and then tips over the edge of the stairs . From there it is not able to recover and has fallen Dow the stairs . This is probably a software bug which the company needs to address

Greater than one weekThis was my first vacuum like this. I have all hardwood floors and it works great!! Ive been using it well over a year and it hasnt disappointed. The replacement filters are cheap and last a lot longer than expected even with daily use. It handles 2 people and 2 cats just fine!

> 3 dayI’ve had it for 2 weeks so far. Vacuum works well, picks up dust well. It was tricky to get the app going (had to use precise location) then it worked well.

> 3 dayThis picks up a decent amount of my dogs hair. The biggest issue i have is I could not get it to connect to my internet or the app, no matter what I tried or help I got. So I have to manually turn it on when I want to fun it. It doesnt clean carpets well, but it does a good job extending the life of my deeper cleans of my hardwood floors.

> 3 dayI bought the vacuum because of the price and the reviews a little under a year ago. It did pretty well especially given the price and overall I was very impressed. It was my first actual robot vacuum and it seemed to do the trick just fine for what I used it to do. Anyway, I went away for about six months to school out of town and came back to use it. The vacuum power button flashed red and beeped at me, which indicated a charging/battery problem. Since then I’ve contacted customer service through the phone, and they recommended I email them. I did so, and it took them almost a month to get back to me which is fine because I took a bit to respond. They asked me for the serial number and things of that nature which is also okay. The problem arose when they asked for my order number, which I can’t seem to find since I bought this thing back in early 2021. I notified them of this and they said it was required. So what I did was I bought another one of these vacuums and provided this new order number. They sent me an email yesterday asking me to open up the vacuum and check the motherboard. For the normal consumer this would probably be daunting and I’m confused as to why they’d ask this of me. However I did as they asked because I do like to get hands on with these type of things. There seems to be nothing wrong with the motherboard, however I noticed a serious design flaw. On this style of vacuum, it has been copied by numerous brands. Most of them actually have an easy to open compartment where you can pop out the old battery and replace it. The OKP however, does NOT. The only way you can access the battery is by taking the whole top off, disconnecting all the wiring connected to the motherboard, and pulling off the motherboard itself. That’s a huge hassle that could’ve been EASILY avoided by just putting in a battery compartment that the consumer can access. Overall I liked the vacuum and for the price it was great, until it wasn’t. I think I’ll try getting one elsewhere by a more well known brand next time.

> 3 dayI bought this vacuum because it was really low priced and had great reviews. It set up quickly and easily and the app is easy to use. It cleans wood and easily transitions and clean runners and carpets. We have a husky, a pit bull and 3 cats and it keeps our floor looking great and hair free. My dog had an accident in the house prior to the vacuum running and it worked so well that it tracked the poop all over my house, including onto my carpets. I basically drowned the vacuum in soap and water and was really worried it wasn’t going to recover but it still runs and cleans just as well as it did before. I just purchased another vacuum to run on the upstairs which is all carpet so hopefully it will work as well. Overall the is one of the best purchases I have ever made and although I never really leave reviews I knew I had to after the poop fiasco.

09-06-2025Ordered this K2 robot over Black Friday and it was a great purchase! We have all hardwood floors and three cats. Watching this robot work is fun and it does a good job. It doesn’t like candy wrappers or cords, but even then most of the time it is able to extricate itself. The filter really compacts all the things it picks up and, at our house, that means a lot of cat hair. I forgot to empty it after one cleaning and ran it again and it ran almost the full 100 minutes before I had to clean it out because it was too full. Very easy to use, fascinating to see it go around the house with no map, and then dock itself when it’s finished. It easily goes underneath our coffee table and the sensor brushes keep it from harming anything it touches. It also is able to sense stairs and has never had issues with our basement stairs. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayI run this vacuum multiple times a week. I absolutely love that I can essentially vacuum every day if I wanted to and also sit on the couch. I got this on sale so look for a great discount. It does get stuck from time to time but overall I think all my loved ones should buy this

> 3 dayUpdated Update: After 6 months the robot is completely dead. It doesnt turn on and it doesnt charge. The charging base has power and all the sensors are clean, but when the robot is on the base it does not charge. Fortunately OKP has a 1 year warranty and Amazon told me to contact them for a repair or replacement. Great, right? Apparently not, because OKP decided to not respond to my help request at all. Amazon followed up with me to see if they had fixed the issue and I told them they hadnt. So Amazon has offered me a partial refund. So I send the broken robot back to Amazon, they give me a partial refund, and I am left with nothing and am out $40. OKP doesnt back their warranty, and you cant get a full refund or replacement from Amazon after 90 days. There are many other reputable robot companies, but this is not one of them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: After using this for a few months now, I kind of hate this little robot. Ill be honest, the company advertises that if you leave a 5 star review theyll send you a free gift (which is actually illegal to do according to the FTC, and against Amazon policy). But I did leave a 5 star review and sent it to OKP, but never received a gift from them. I suspect most of the 5 stars are because of this bribe theyre offering. Take them with a grain of salt, as I now know I should have done. Compared to my other robot vacuums, this one is the least effective. Its smaller, much lighter (the plastic housing feels thinner/cheaper), but also less powerful. It drives slower than my other robots and only lasts about 30 minutes, whereas my other robots will run for a couple of hours. It has different power settings and I keep it on the lowest power setting. If its on high then it wont last 30 minutes. I find this robot is best suited to cleaning one small room, but it definitely cant handle an entire floor or even one large room. Im using this one now in my small bedroom (10x11) and thats about all it can handle on one charge. I originally loved that it didnt have a brush roll, and thats why I bought it. Then I realized that I could just take out the brush rolls on my other robots and Id end up with a more powerful version of this little guy that just works better. The biggest problem is that if it stays on the charging dock for too long, then it stops charging but the battery slowly drains. I was trying to use it once a week, and every time I tried to start it, it was completely dead (while still on the charger). To get it to work I have to take it off the charger, place it back on to get it to start charging again and then wait a couple of hours to start running it. If I dont run the robot the same day it goes on the charger, it doesnt retain enough battery to run. Its not really a hands off system since I have to plan out when Im going to reset the charging and then time it out to come back to start the robot before it starts draining power again. Its incredibly frustrating. Do yourself a favor and buy a more expensive model that will just work whenever you need it to. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original review: Just got this robot and so far Im pleased with it. Ive had 3 other vacuum robots by other brands. This robot is smallest but the dirt chamber is the biggest My favorite part is that there is no brush roll. On one hand theres no brush to scrape dust off the floor. I dont have any carpets so thats not a main concern for me. But I have pets and long hair and I spend every day pulling hair out of my other robots. I love not having to deal with that with the OKP.

> 3 dayI bought this when it was super cheap on prime day and I’m so happy I did (I would not pay full price for it though). It is smaller than most other robot vacuums I’ve seen but it’s okay because it fits perfectly in our smaller apartment. We have both carpet and hard floors and this does a pretty good job at moving from one to the other. I run it every few days all over the house just to keep the dog fur and human hair grossness to a minimum, but it doesn’t replace having to do a thorough big vacuum every 1.5/2 weeks. However, I used to be vacuuming 1-2 times a week before, so this absolutely helps on time management. I tried the app once and got frustrated so I only use the remote it came with but I have no complaints about that. If you find this on a really good sale, get it!
