i use this product at my jod and its great. i like it because its small and it dont bother me while i work.

The perfect all-purpose blade, for arts and crafts, for slicing cardboard boxes, for my home toolbox. So easy to extend or retract with the slightest shift of a thumb, and slips into the pocket without bulk, and without worry of an accidental cut. Always a sharp edge right there, and when youve finally gone through all the snap off edges, the replacements are easy and cheap. I still have my faithful exacto knife when I need to get in with that point, but use this Olfa even more for ...everything.

If I were paying full retail price on this product (which, actually, I did unfortunately), I would not give it five stars. Ive written a much more extensive review on the SVR-2, which is very similar, except that it locks which this knife does not. Moderate pressure will send the blade back inside the carrier, making it useful for some tasks... Less so for others. But, for the price this gets offered at, a great knife to keep around. The stainless blades that come with these are alright, the carbon steel blades Olfa sells are much nicer. But still, you cant go wrong at this price unless youre doing a lot of heavy-handed tasks. Theses are a great upgrade over your typical box cutter. This is a commercial quality tool.

These knives are quality built and last almost forever. Ive been using one for literally years, virtually everyday. The blades snap off with the pocket clip that easily pulls out. Versatile, and definitely worth the price which is nice to find in this day and age. I like them so much that Ive bought them just to give away (crazy, I know). After all, everyone gets a package now and again...

Olfa name brand quality. Great size for EDC pencil case.

Honestly, I can’t give this 5 stars because it just doesn’t hold up very well in my line of work. It doesn’t help that there is no locking feature!

Olfa is the best hands down. Never has issues, can be way more accurate for cutting.
