Greater than one weekBox did not include a manual so I had to download it from the web. Sound from the speaker is of no use... so not recommended for outdoor use. Good image quality. Bit finicky in HDMI detection.Excellent picture quality. Did not like the GUI on it though. Lamp gives out a lot of heat. I need a shorter throw for my setup hence returned to Amazon. Very smooth return and refund. Thanks to Amazon for excellent customer support.

Greater than one weekI had an older model optima projrctor that quit working after a lightning storm. It was HD but not 4K. The picture on the older model blows this one away. I love sports and with the previous model i could easily read jersey names and clearly see the finest details. I cant get this one to perform well enough to do the same. Both models were mounted in the same bracket at the same distance with a diagonal screen size of 110. I would happily take my older one back.

Greater than one weekOnly thing I really dislike is that I’m trying to use my Apple TV to play some video games. And it is very slow may be due to my Wi-Fi not sure I would have to hook it up to a PlayStation or Xbox

> 3 dayThis projector is mostly quiet and looks good but do not be fooled by the 15,000 hr lamp life claim as I was. A year and 1 month after purchase the lamp crapped out. And guess what. The manufacturer only waranties the lamp for 90 days. I ran a little math and if it had been on for a whole year that would have still came under 9,000 hrs... so they might as well say it lasts a gigilion hrs if they dont have to back that up with a warranty right. I thought ahead knwoing bulbs are a projectors weak point and bought 3 years of extended warranty through Asurion. Short story. Dont waste your money on it. Long storry after jumping through hoops for them for about 5 hrs my persistance paid off and they emailed me a lable to send my projector out to get repaired. A week and 3 days later i received my projector back cleaned and with a note that stated customer must replace bulb. Guess what. They dont cover bulbs. Isnt that great. Learn from my mistake. Know that, while the picture quality is good, you are buying from a company that wont stand behind their grandious claims. do yourself a favor and dont shell out the extra 50 some odd dollars for a 3 yr cleaning contract that takes years of your life due to the stress of just trying to get your warranty honored. IMHO Optoma and Asurion both suck and are permanently loosing a customer and gaining bad publicity.

> 3 dayI bought it because of the 15,000 hour life span but I guess I should have bought another one. Its mainly hooked up to my Xbox One for gaming and movies which it does put out a nice crisp bright picture but has issues staying connected to the input and flickers every now and then. If Im on the main dashboard of the Xbox and switch from Youtube to Hulu or Prime video it goes to a blue screen and searches for signal/input. But the worst part is the lamp only lasted 459 hours and had to search for a replacement which NOBODY had not even the manufacturer which said it would be 2 months till they had any in stock.

Greater than one weekI use the projector to movies, mostly. Even with some clarity from window, the images are clear.
