This is an amazing backpack and is why Osprey is such a trusted brand. Its very comfortable when loaded up and there are plenty of adjustments to make sure its a good fit. Note that I have not taken this pack out for an extended trip yet (very soon) but Ive been backpacking for over 35 years and I know a good pack when its loaded on my back.

Love this pack! Comfortable, distributes weight nicely, lot of adjustments for size and comfort. And dont forget Ospreys almighty guarantee. They will replace or repair their packs for life! I just cant say enough about this pack. Highly recommended. (My only issue is that it didnt include the rain cover. For the price it should be included. The rain cover is almost $40 USD)

If your thinking about it, Dont think just buy it. This is THE Pack for everything, and it does it all extremely well. It is beyond comfortable, form fitting and can carry everything you would possibly need. Ive had this pack for a little over 3 years and have had Zero issues with it. Highly recommenced! Get them before they are gone, Osprey has discontinued this model for some unknown/Stupid reason. Why you discontinue your best product is beyond me. Bring it back, and with more color/custom options! Id buy three just on principle.

Osprey AG models are, without question, the best backpacks ever made on this planet. All it comes down to is what size you need and what color you want.

Well-built pack. I know several people who use this for extended hikes and group overnights, so I know the capabilities and durability of the Osprey brand. What is super-nice about this specific one —- it comes with a rain fly. The AG system is the absolute bomb. I will NEVER have a pack without the AG system. I haven’t been on a hike with this one yet, but I have used it for personal travel and it is unbelievably comfortable and roomy. I’ve “pre-packed” for a hike, and this holds my ORC 1-man tent, sleep bag, cook gear, food, clothing, bear bag, and survival equip all within the bag itself. The only thing attached to the outside of the bag is a camp chair, hatchet, and trek poles. Buy this bag... you can’t go wrong.

Mega comfortable, even for a dayhike I was glad to have this AG system. I only really need 30L, but can easily sintch down the pack if I have unused space. Best fit and finish of any brand or model. The AG harness is worth the extra ounces of weight compared to lighter models.

As a first time backpacker I was worried a bit about managing to fit all my gear and consequently if I could handle the weight. After a five mile hike (mostly uphill) and one night stay, I can tell you that this bag gave me confidence that I would be OK out in the White Mountain Wilderness of NM. I had all the essential gear (tent, sleeping bag, food, cooking system, water) plus my cold and rain gear and I had some room to spare. I never felt that it was too heavy because of its anti-gravity system that distributes the weight. I love this pack. Cant wait to go on a multiple day hike!

I have about 300 miles on this pack so far and it has held up fantastically. It has lots of straps for adjustments and gear, plenty of room for a 10 day trip if you pack smart, and has been comfortable!

This backpack is extremely comfortable, has tons of space, and is durable. My first trip with this was 2 days, 20 miles in downpour rain with 45 lbs in it. No chafing, no issues maneuvering. Everything is adjustable, so it is worth messing with all of the settings until you find what works for you. Puts the weight on your hips, and lets plenty of air get to your back. I recommend getting the osprey pack liners as well, they kept all of my gear dry on my trip, and a wet sleeping bag is useless. Tons of pockets, configurations, places to stow and store. The perfect backpack for those long trips. It is fairly large, but can be half-packed and adjusted to work for any amount of gear. Nothing but praise for this pack, and Osprey as a brand.
