One use and it’s and the case is cracked

Our teenage granddaughter loved her gift.

I was excited about this item. Purchased 2 months in advance for a trip to Cabo I had over Thanksgiving, used it once on that trip and on my way back home my handle broke. Since the size is great and color is beautiful I attempted an exchange. Unfortunately since I had purchase it ahead of time it was denied. My suggestion is purchasing this item elsewhere with a better warranty/exchange Policy in the event this is a faulty item. This wasn’t a mismanagement from my part, as I have larger luggage’s, faulty product and now I’m out $60.

I like all of it. Its easy way to handle it and roll. The only thing missing wpuld be the zipper extension. But its a good price fpr everything thats included.

Sturdy and durable - easy to wheel but, I didnt realize it had no outside zippered pockets. I should have looked more closely at the pictures.

Bought this for my wife. She likes it for an overnighter. I thought it was a little small but she thinks its just right for a couple of nights. Seems to be well built and appears to be sturdy and is a nice looking carry on. Will update if it doesnt work out.

Bought last week for our trip to colorado. Never have used it before and had a single layover in Dallas but the bag shows up in Denver with a huge crack all the way through the shell. Thought I was buying a quality product only to end up with a cheaply made, “branded” junk. We all know they aren’t gentle with baggage at the airport and this suitcase should’ve been tested for integrity, it failed miserably.

Likes: Lightweight, compartments to separate things were nice, durable. Im a fairly organized packer, and I was able to fit roughly one weeks worth of clothes in it.
