I read the reviews about the external zipper being weak, but Im not expecting to experience any problems. So far, I am very happy with the bag, and with the Amazon price.

> 3 dayThe second time that I used this case it arrived on the carousel with three wheels. As I watched it slide down a slope and reach the flat bit of the carousel a second wheel pinged off. Held on by only very small screws it does not do the job.

> 3 dayWhile the suitcase seems to be well built it has a fatal flaw which is going to render it useless for us. We travel carryon only, with a soft bag slipped over the handle of our suitcase. The handle on this suitcase is much too big to accommodate the slide-through pocket of even our roomiest soft bag. After receiving the suitcase I thought it looked so nice I ordered a second one and never thought to check the handle because an older Kenneth Cole suitcase I have doesn’t have that problem, nor does any other suitcase we have ever owned. I am so disappointed and now outside the return window.
