Out of Bounds Lightweight Durable Hardshell 4-Wheel Spinner Cabin Size Travel Suitcase, Rose Gold, 20-Inch Carry On

Ive had this case for about a year and have traveled with it for about 4+months. Its light, durable, and a great price. I like it except for one design flaw. 2 little tap screws hold the plastic handle to the extension bars. The screws work loose and get lost. If you tighten them they tend to strip their holes easily. Ive asked for replacement screws or a replacement case - well see about the response. For this case when new, I recommend a little glue in the screw holes - careful not to over-tighten - as a preventative.

So the first day this I packed it all up and put it in the back of the minivan so the family could drop me off at the airport... My 6 year old decided to climb in the van from the back, knocked the back out without knowing it and proceeded to close the back door. (So lucky we didnt back over it). So the bag is not impervious to scratches when dropped out of the back of a minivan onto concrete. However, I fit two mens suits, three dress shirts, 4 EA. t-shirts, boxers & socks, a pair of workout shirts, a pair of size 10.5 4E running shoes and a casual shirt just fine. (By just fine I mean did a lot of ironing when I got to the hotel, but thats what you do when you dont want to check bags). It wheels around great, fits wonderfully in the overhead bin. I do wish it had more than just the one pocket on the inside to shove stuff, but Im happy with the purchase.

Took the suitcase on a long flight and worked well. No damage or dents. Lightweight and durable.

This color was very pretty, but the actual luggage has very poor quality. The zipper lined string started breaking off after the first use, It is totally scratched and there is white paint base showing through the luggage. It looks like its a thousand years old and it has only been used twice. Very disappointed, expected better from Kenneth Cole.

Lightweight & sturdy. Rolls super easy in all directions. . I bought the 20 inch a few years ago. Still holding up but wanted something a little bigger. 24” is perfect. 20” stores easily inside 24”

This suitcase fits a lot. I was really happy to fit everything for four days and some baked goods from our trip. The maneuvering is eh. But it does the job.
