> 3 dayThe retractable handle started acting up. It was difficult to pull out and lock in place. Then the handle just fell apart as I was pulling it behind me at DFW. It was decent while it lasted, about two years. The bag that this replaced Id used for 20 years before it broke. I wont buy it again.

> 3 dayThis is a nice sized carry-on; I know we wont have issues getting it in any overhead as its slightly smaller than a similar bag we have. The exterior looks like it should withstand bumps and dings without showing it (I returned a similar looking one because it had a shiny, smooth exterior that looked like it wouldve shown every little scratch).
