Wheel came off track after 8 months of using it - hoping to hear back regarding a warranty

This is the worst suitcase ever! I would give it zero stars if I could. It completely cracked down the side with the first use. It is very thin and horrible quality. Unfortunately, I’m unable to return it to Amazon because the 30 day grace period lapsed before my trip and subsequent use of the shoddy luggage. What a complete waste of money. I will never purchase or recommend this luggage to anyone.

We purchased this hoping to be able to not have to check a bag on our trip to Florida. AWESOME! It was exactly the size needed and we avoided the checked bag fee.

Ordered this luggage set for my husband to take on a long trip to Europe this summer and I was immediately unhappy with the horrible chemical smell inside the luggage. I set it outside in the sun, with no success of eliminating the odor. I wanted to return the luggage, but my husband liked the color, as well as the lightweight style of the luggage. Unfortunately, the set didnt make it through the first trip. The wheels started rubbing on the luggage, so instead of rolling the luggage, my husband ended up dragging the luggage all over the place. What a disappointment. Going to try to submit a warranty claim, but really annoyed with myself for not just returning the set immediately.

I love the color of the suitcase and I think its super functional as well. My only complaint about it is you cant overpack as the zipper doesnt have any ability to give to it so it will just split if you try to over pack it. It has to be perfectly level on both sides in order for the zipper to work.

The wear is the proof in the pudding, we will see how they take to travel. It is too new to comment

Did the trick but did break after almost 4 years. The screws in the handle came loose and then it lost the ability to come up and down.

Sturdy and durable - easy to wheel but, I didnt realize it had no outside zippered pockets. I should have looked more closely at the pictures.

This would be okay if you needed something quick that you wouldn’t regularly use. The shell is very thin flimsy plastic and I don’t think it would stand up to being thrown around on flights more than once. I returned because the inside dimensions were not as described and it wouldn’t work for my specific use
